The service and atmosphere are very nice. The price is a bit expensive, however, it is totally worth it as you get more scoops of gelato :) I only saw one option for vegan. It would be nicer if there were more options to be added to their vegan menu!
I live in Burnaby so when I come downtown I take advantage of the trip and go here. I've loved it every time but today I walked out disappointed as none of my flavours were available. About half their choices were gone. � I hope this isn't permanent.
There's a reason their consecutive awards... This place is perfect in every sense of the word as well as the experience. The atmosphere and display was very exquisite coupled with the friendliest staff sets the right mood considering your brain would be in overload seeing all the goodies on display. I sampled a few items, mostly their in-house treats such as their cheesecake (the best in the world), brownie, cannoli and some of the country's best coffee!!! It's hands down one of the best places I've ever stepped foot in... I'll actually fly back to Van just to go there again!

Gelato here is sooo good! My hubby and I had a single scoop each. The passion fruit flavour is amazing. My hubby enjoyed his Ferrero on a cone too. Yummy!

This was a great spot to have a break and people watch on Robson. Had an iced Americano and a slice of burnt basque cheesecake. That cheesecake was so soft and moist. It had a great balance of flavour with the caramelized top offering some bitterness to offset the subtle sweetness of the cake. Really wasn't expecting much from such an impromptu stop, but was very pleasantly surprised.
I’ve tried Rum raisin, Pistachio, salted caramel. Have to say the salted was my favorite they will not give you regular salted caramel flavor but you will taste of a little bit cotton candy there too. Second favorite was pistachio, creamy and smooth with roasted smell at the end. My least favorite was rum raisin, they were so soft almost liquidy

A perfect pit stop with my pup. We loved the outdoor seating, especially all the beautiful flowers. I recommend the Nutella brownie. It is sooo goooood and will keep you coming back for more.
Beautifully crafted gelato, with many flavours to suit different tastes. Smooth and creamy with generous scoops. The ambiance of the cafe is very sophisticated and cultured. Clean environment and free water is available. There is a good indoor and outdoor seating area. They allow you to taste the ice cream before choosing. The coffee was also made well.
Wow. Just wow. I can't believe how good the gelato is! And so many flavours to choose from! The coffee is so good too!! Definitely making it part of my daily routine. There's no bad way to start your day if you start it here! If you haven't tried it yet go quick the pastries sell out fast, they're that good!
