Walk in service was very good. Although, I asked for thick crust, pointed to one of the pizzas on display as an example, and they gave me thin crust because I said I didn't want deep dish. I think, here, their original crust is the equivalent to other places' thick crust. Other than that, the pizza was very good. I especially like their crust, even the whole wheat variety - both have great flavour and a satisfying chew.
Location is just north a couple of blocks north of Queen east on Kingston road. .Nice and warm , on a cold winters night.. Menu boards as soon as you walk in . easy to read and down at eye level. No aching neck to see. Staff were friendly and asked what I wanted right away , but gave me all the time to decide.
Standard pizza menu. with pizza size starting at Medium, and by passing small. But dosnt make a medium small. Either way the puzza is big emough for Two people. They sell 3 different salads the small was again big enough for two.The pizza itself was excellent. Crust was cooked perfectly, and the toppings plenty full. You have clear vision of them making it, which is always reassuring to see. Pop fridge with a wide assortment. Pizza and a salad around 20 dollars . split in two, and it's very economical. I would go back..
This is the only pizza chain I eat at. I usually try to eat at independent and local restaurants. When I cant find an independent pizza place, I come here. The slices are better than any other big chain. The employees are always nice, at least at this location. Would recommend to anyone.
