Came here for a friends birthday celebration and had a wonderful time! The suya was excellent and service was extremely friendly. Would recommend suya spot to be a great atmosphere for what ever mood your in. great food great people great drinks! SUYANATION
It was my first time trying suya and i absolutely loved it,the customer service was exceptional,very chatty and friendly,i felt like i was at home eating and laughing with friends..best believe i'll be going back time and time again,it should be nationwide.
Suyarific. I fell in love with Suya when l went to Nigeria imagine my surprise when l found it at the AFRO FEST 2011 in Toronto.I`ve been to The Suya Spot once a week for months now and it never gets old.The spices are authentic suya spices,the artmosphere at the restaurant is relaxing and if you go on a friday you`ll enjoy a blast of african Jazz and nigerian music.I`m happy to Say l`ve been officially SUYARIZED. Keep up the good work bringing a slice of Nigerian heaven to Toronto & congraadulations on the Best African Restaurant Award well deserved.
Different, and tasty. I went there last Friday evening. I had the beef suya and the goat suya. I have never had grilled goat before, it was really tasty, tender and delicious. Even more tender than and moist than the beef. very good. Can't say how authentic it was as I'm not familiar with suya. They didn't really have many side dishes on the menu, and the people I saw eating were just eating the meat, so I guess that's how its served. I would have liked some rice, bread or salad or something to go with it. The meat was really good, but the spicy peanut powder was too hot for me, luckily it was served on the side. I'll certainly go back
Authentic tasty suya - nothing more and nothing less. Just like back home!
