This is the best Indian food in the city and just to be clear, I am a real customer and this review is real. I think for those who gave a bad review, you likely are just use to a particular place. Every place is a little different but the quality of food at this restaurant is excellent! I like to try new places but I always come back to Ali’s Tandoori! Just ordered and can’t wait for my food to arrive.
Very excellent food. The quality is amazing. Service is very good as well, people are very friendly. I've never had such good indian food before. If it's your first time i really recommend my favourite dishes, the Chicken Tikka and Butter Chicken, also the Lamb rogonjosh. Overall very good resteraunt and quality is amazing.
Second time ordering delivery. Ordered the beef kebob, mushroom rice & butter chicken. We had to order a side of basmati rice to go with the butter chicken. It was all very delicious. Delivery is fast. Some dishes a little pricy for the portion size, but very good quality.
Yumm. Their chicken tikka, shrimp moleekari is a must try. Will be back.
Nothing left.. Took myself out to dinner last night. Still not certain if I had a desire for some good Indian food or felt a need for wine.
The food was modestly priced and supremely delicious.
The petite space had a warm and almost elegant atmosphere.
Moody jazzy piano music provided an overall audio ambience. Think Keith Jarrett at eight. The dim, romantic lighting made it a little difficult for me to enjoy my date. A pretty mediocre life ant art biography of Papa Hemingway.
The service as with almost all Indian restaurants is efficient and friendly and never overbearing or hurried.
The only disappointment was that I had nothing left uneaten to doggy bag.

Quality food and excellent service!. My family and I came to Ali's Tandoori for dinner on a saturday night, the food was surprisingly delicious. We ordered Sag Paneer, Lamb roganjosh, chana masala and butter chicken with rice and garlic naan bread. Everything was hot and fresh with what seemed to have the right amount of spices. We dont like our food too spicy, so the waiter recommended we have it mild to medium and it was perfect!
The service was accommodating, the waitress was very personable and genuinely kind she refilled our water glasses and in-between our meal asked how the food was, which was very nice. We made a great to come to a non-stuffy place to spend time with my family. Definately a good spot for a date night or a nice family meal!
I have always wanted to try out this restaurant, and finally did today with my husband and sister.The service is very welcoming and great atmosphere! I had asked the waitress to recommend some dishes and she recommended that I try their jhinga Ghia (shrimp), lamb vindaloo and chicken shakooti with rice and naan. The food I must say was exceptional especially their jhinga Ghia! The gravy was thick and the spice's were perpect ( you can choose the spice level) the naan was soft and fluffy and the rice was cooked just right. Service and food was excellent! I made a good choice by visiting ali's tandoori. My husband, sister and I had a great time and dinner! Will definitely be back!

Great service and quality food!. Food is always great here and the service is always wonderful. Considering the quality of their food, the price is very reasonable. This is a great find... oddly never seems busy. We will be back. No complaint!
Excellent!!. Food is always good here. The staff are always helful and welcoming. The best thing about this restaurant is that they adjust the spice level of the food according to your choice. The food is a little bit pricey, but is worth every penny for the quality!! You cannot go wrong with the quality of their food. My wife and I have been ordering from here for 3 years now and are always excited to go back.
