Nice selection of doughnuts (+/- 20). Got the maple glazed, sprinkler and glazed one. They are even better hot. Have to check out the Krispy kreme at Spadina Avenue.
Krispy Kreme doughnuts are so bad for you, but I don't care because they're amazing! I love the taste, flavours, and texture. I prefer going to the Mississauga location, where you can watch the doughnuts being made, and they are fresher, but this location is convenient when I'm in Toronto.
With only a few locations in Toronto, I was really excited to see this location open! There's some seating at the front and at the back of the donut shop if you want to come and catch up with a friend. Their coffee is decent - I would say at the level of McDonalds / Tim Hortons. A cup of joe is great with some donuts! I love their holiday donuts - they decorate them in such a cute and festive way (I'm a sucker for pretty things). They always have a good variety of flavours so you don't have to be worried of them running out of your favourite one!

After the AGO, on our way back to the car, we decided that a Krispy Kreme donut was on the agenda. While not the healthiest snack when eaten in mass quantities, we figured that just one would be ok.
This location is relatively small, especially when compared to the very large stores that appeared in the GTA several years ago and then disappeared.
We ordered a Caramel Kreme Crunch. Looks a bit like a Boston Creme donut, but with a crunchy toffee crumble on top. A bit decadent, but tasty.
good and cozy relax place near my office. fancy chocolate doughnuts. the waiter there are not very helpful. But i still willing to taste the good food there.

The Day of the Dozens event first began on December 12, 2012, and has continued to be an annual event to this day. It's $9.75 a dozen, so the deal is super sweet!
Additionally, I was gifted with two dozens donuts from Krispy Kreme yesterday, which I helped myself to a few. I can't really choose a favorite, as I thoroughly enjoyed both the Original Glazed, and Red Velvet donuts equally. I really liked the donuts from Krispy Kreme, as they are super soft, and sweet. Plus, the holiday season donuts are super cute, especially the Santa's belly one that is filled with chocolate, and dressed in red and chocolate icing.
How are these plain looking doughnuts so delicious? Covered in a sweet vanilla scented glaze, the doughnuts are soft and airy … before you know it, it seems to have melted in your mouth. These were the baked goods that made the company famous over 75 years ago.
The company has plenty of filled and flavoured versions as well, if you’re looking to bring a selection to the office or a party. The Red Velvet takes the cake recipe and makes it into a moist crumbly doughnut covered in a gooey rich cream cheese icing.
Otherwise, the filled doughnuts are a popular choice. I particularly enjoyed the Chocolate Iced Kreme filled doughnut, which uses a traditional plain batter, fills it with a smooth vanilla kreme and finishes it with shiny chocolate icing. It’s lighter than a Boston cream
Krispy Kreme had used to be really popular in United States, Canada, Hong Kong, and parts of Europe. Perhaps people started to become more healthy, Krispy Kreme stores gradually closed down across the world. Now, there is only three locations remaining in Toronto (two downtown, one Mississauga): one on Harbord Street, one on McCaul Street, and one at Heartland Town Center.

Lemon Kreme Cake || Strong lemon flavoured doughnut with original glaze and signature whipped cream in the middle!
Peach Pie || Love the pie crust bits on top of the doughnut! The white glaze complimented the fragrant filling! Good for summer!
