Just dropped in here for lunch with Colleen before continuing with a day of running around. Amazing food, great butcher and charcuterie section and stylish eating area. Colleen had the Margherita pizza, done to perfection with just the right amount of char on the crust, perfect tomato sauce and fresh basil leaves. I had the porchetta sandwich with pork crackling, sautéed onions and hot peppers. The bun was fresh & held the filling perfectly. All this was chased down with San Pellegrino limonata & chino, perhaps the best chinotto from Italy. The service staff is always helpful & fast. This would be the second time here & we highly recommend it for the quintessential Italian eatery experience. Reminds me of the autostrata stops on the Italian highways, where patrons can get great food and leave with a little (or a lot) of cured meats from their charcuterie room and a bottle of balsamic vinegar. The kitchen definitely knows what it is doing when they produce perfectly stone oven pizza and awesome porchetta. We will definitely be back again.
