Fantastic service and food. Our host/waiter recommended the okra straws as a starter and they did not disappoint. Best butter chicken I’ve ever had - chicken we not dry and the sauce was perfect. The vegetable curry was perfectly seasoned as well. When we get back tonToronto we will definitely return here for dinner.

I don't leave alot of reviews, but had such a great experience I felt compelled to! The food was delicious and our servers were so sweet and attentive. Thanks for a great date night and well prepared, tasty dishes.

Such a good dinner spot. Has definitely reached one of my favourite, for sure. We got the Chicken 65 because everyone said it was good and it definitely did not disappoint. Butter Chicken was my favourite, the sauce was just TOO frickin good. Stuffed Paneer, Chicken Tikka and of course, garlic naan. There was 6 of us and we ordered 3 rice, and we all shared the food. Good service, great atmosphere and please do a reso!! It is just safer to do so as it is a busy area in the city.

Fantastic Indian food. An amazing place that you can sit and have a great dinner with family, friends, or on a date. Each dish has a unique flavour profile, with the fish curry more light and coconut based and the lamb curry complimenting the medallions beautifully. Get the Chaat, it’s a perfect way to start. A regular for when we feel like a curry!

Went to Pukka for date night. They had an extensive wine and cocktail menu (although we didn’t sample much alcohol while there), the food was really good and the portions were quite large and filling. Tried the eggplant tartare which was a delicious vegetarian option to tartare. Had the coconut based prawns and cod curry with the garlic naan, which was also great. I really enjoyed their chai and sticky toffee dessert. This is a must go if you’re in the area. The space isn’t too large, and I was still able to hear everything my partner was saying across the table. The servers were also attentive and the food was prepared quickly.

I went to Pukka with for dinner with my work group. Their service, presentation, ambiance and taste was satisfying. The portions are decent size. Lassi was very good. Stuffed paneer was good too. However, paneer got a bit rubbery by the time we got to the last bite. Sorry, have to be a bit picky considering the price. But our group enjoyed the overall experience. I will consider coming back.

I went here with a friend a few weeks ago. The food variety is good. The flavours are a bit mild if you enjoy spicy and more expensive than other local Indian restaurants. However I really like the service and I definitely recommend.

I don't like gushing excessively, but Pukka was one of the best meals we've had in Toronto. The menu selections are a carefully curated mix of traditional pan-Indian delights and creative contemporary takes on Indian. The most unusual dish we had was also the most delightful: smoked trout cured with garam masala over mildly pickled beets and mustard raita. Sounds crazy, but the combination harmonized beautifully. Both the rich trout and crisp, earthy beets were flawlessly perfect, fresh, and flavorful. Made for a gorgeous presentation too, compliments to the kitchen on this one. The more traditional dishes such as naan, chaat, and dal makhani were immaculately executed and presented. Pickle tasted homemade in the best way. I only wish we'd known the Chaat was pre-sauced with its chutneys, because otherwise we would have ordered the chutney assortment as well (only downside was not getting a few chutneys for the table). Very curious to try some of their other selections as well. Service was just as good as the food -- friendly, helpful, and attentive but still giving us plenty of room to savor the food. We will definitely be back!
