I love this place. I have tried many in south surrey and this place has been consistently great. A lot of the other Chinese restaurants have gone down hill, so this is my go to. Try it. FYI I have only done take out.
- UPDATED MENU -Fong's Eatery is located on Beecher Street at Crescent Beach. It is a family business run by a Chinese couple for almost 20 years. Fong's delivers every day of the week for a minimum order of $25 with a minimum delivery charge of $2. Some of the most popular dishes include: Lemon Chicken, Chicken Fried rice, Chicken Chow Mein, Sweet & Sour Pork and Ginger Beef.

Food Was Very Good . Better than expected . Was served hot and quite quickly. Had SS Pork , Ginger Beef , Beef Noodles . Wasn't overly impressed with eating in , but will definitely be my New go to place for take out in South Surrey
Plus they are 50% cheaper than eating comparable food in Steveston
The food is excellent and the value superb. You can order your food without MSG and even the vegetables are cooked to perfection. The decor, if your eating in, is a bit drap but who cares if the food is great.
Great Szechuan. Have eaten at this tiny restaurant at least a dozen times over the past few years; decor is lacking but food is always fresh, hot, and never disappointing!
I've eaten here once and enjoyed it. Of the three or four below par Chinese options in White Rock this is probably the best as all items we ordered were edible and well cooked. My only complaint was in regards to the fried rice which could have had more veggies in it (chopped carrots, corn, peas, etc.). The staff were nice and the order came relatively quickly. I'd go back again.
Good old fashiones small town Chinese food with a few spicy items. Not greasy and not expensive. This place is worth the drive. This is a ma and pa operation and everything that I've had here has been fresh and hot. The Wor Wonton is fabulous and the spicy fish (#139) is great! Try it, you'll like it.
Ordered on door dash. Impressed!!! Good quality food. Dinner for 2 is a huge portion. Probably could feed 5-6. Glad to have found a local Chinese place!
I don't know how I missed eating here. Best Chinese food in the White Rock South Surrey area. Very fresh, generous portions, reasonably priced. Will try new dishes next time.

This place is so off the beaten path but needed to be reviewed properly so here it goes.
We originally used to frequent Lido in Newton (if anyone remembers this place) for years, probably 20 years or so until they closed down for good a couple of years ago. Have been searching for a good place ever since, until we where suggested this place by a local resident - word of mouth.
It's like walking back in time when you walk in, almost like an older middle class house. (this place should be registered heritage, agreed with a previous post). Yes it's a little run down but the food quality and taste makes up for it. Clean modernized cooking equipment doesn't exist here. They still cook on the tools that where made in the 1950's and that is just fine! The food is out of this world, served hot and with a smile each time. Best of all, the food is EVEN BETTER the next day! (leftovers) It's honestly a blessing that this place exists, and still exists to this day as it always had to this very day. Thank you Fongs!!! <333
Our favourite is the Spicy Garlic Beef, Chicken Chow Mein (no beansprouts), as well as the Lemon Chicken. I'm drooling just thinking about this food.
The BEST Chinese food in the Ocean Park/Crescent Beach area. "If they aren't open, we pick something else for dinner" kind of good.
Wish they were open earlier with a lunch combo of some kind!!
Our go to for the best in South Surrey ! These guys are amazing...always hot fresh food and amazing service. Over the last 7 years i have, on occasion called before they opened. I was super impressed to get a call back because my number was on their call display. We won't go anywhere else !
Ordered takeout today for dinner and like most we've eaten Chinese many times but just moved to this area and hadn't eaten here yet. Many people picking up orders when we arrived to pick up ours this Saturday night. It was fresh, hot, on time and everything tasted the way we wanted it to, like great Chinese food, except the chicken fried rice was a little sticky but flavorful. Will definitely order from Fong's in the future.
