I take my son there every Sunday. The staff is unbelievably fantastic.AnW is good no matter which location you go to but the staff at this one take it to the next level. The very reason I keep going back to this location. đź‘Ť
This location has the best customer service among any restaurant business in Canada I’ve ever been. Not joking. Every single employee is trained very well and they are creating great atmosphere. Whoever’s running this location, you guys are doing amazing job !!!!!
Years ago I picked up an order at this location and haven’t been back since. Today I was blown away by how organized staff were and by the obvious increase in popularity. Every seat was filled by regular patrons who all seemed quite content. My to go order was promptly delivered and was perfect. I would absolutely return to this location if in the area.

The customer service at this location is extraordinary! I have been here about 10 times the past 3 months (pickup), and have always noted the courtesy and friendliness displayed by the staff. Last morning we decided to sit down for breakfast, and were not disappointed. My wife's comment sums it up, 'A fast food place, with better service than any restaurant!'
I truly don't spend much time in fast food restaurants these days but every so often you get that craving I guess. I had to have my childhood favorite - A&W root beer. The food is fast food but decent and this particular location treats you with such friendliness and attention that you almost forget that you are in a fast food Resto. Worth a stop for those rare fast food moments- the staff is truly and sincerely the best!

Best fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited, and I might have to say this place is one of the top restaurants I visited up until now (I’m still so confused if I went to high-end restaurant or just fast food restaurant)
Walked in, Cori at the counter welcomed us with smile. Restaurant felt unusually cosy (perhaps because of the vase on each table..? :) )
Cori made sure we have unforgettable customer service. She indeed provided genuine services.
Thankfully it wasn’t just her but order came with satisfactory quality. Burger was made with great balance between veggies, meat, sauce.
People who work here have fabulous teamwork like family-a-like. They smile each other and casually check all the customers in the restaurant. I don’t think I’ve ever visited such fast food restaurant like this friendly, and with this quality food.
Let’s not forget the cleanliness of this restaurant. I don’t have to say anything - this place is clean from edge to edge.
Would really like to say thank you to Cori. She really nailed on her role and seriously went above & beyond (and possible beyond of beyond!)

Their always polite Breakfast Has a real Plate, Cup & Metal Cutlery for inside dining not like other A&W location which only use paper products.
Visited the restaurant for quike bite and tried their chicken burger. It was really good in taste and preparation. We used their drive thru so can not comment upon store condition. Staff was friendly. Deducting 1 star because of time taken in serving the order. Which was on higher side as compared to mcd or some other restaurants.
