This week I visited this A&W twice. The first visit on Tuesday October 10th during the afternoon for coffee.
First, this has been my first experience of A&W for 35 years when servers delivering on roller skates to your car parked adjacent to the restaurant.
Since then through my employment I have acquired a broad experience of the catering industry and quality management audits.
On both occasions this week (the second for breakfast) the experience was five star for service, food quality and cleanliness.
I believe that A&W should mandate this standard of quality from all its franchises. Let’s face it, if one can do it so can all the rest.
And I recommend that restaurant owners/operators in the lower mainland visit this A&W to discover how to deliver a five star dining experience.
This is one place where Gordon Ramsay would have difficulty finding fault!

The food was even better than I remember.  The Teen burger was delicious, the onion rings the best anywhere, good sweet potato fries and the apple turnover was cooked to perfection.  We have never been to any fast food restaurant where the service was even half as good.  What pleasant staff and so attentive.  Thanks to all of you.  You made our day!

This is the best fast food restaurant I've ever been. Very friendly staff and great service. They even open the door for you. Feel like you came to a nice restaurant. I will definitely come back!

Best A&W location! Super friendly staff and food is always fresh and good quality. Breakfast is done really well too. Best deals when their coupon deals are happening.

Came in for a quick lunch
It was busy but the service was astounding
Greeted at the door, asked how our food was twice and a lady came by wit a tray with mints lollipops wet wipes and napkins after the meal

Service is exceptionally remarkable! They open doors for you, offer you candy and refills. I was greeted 3 times to have a nice day. The employees seem so happy and caring, they make me want to be a part of the crew. Their food is also deliciously authentic and at reasonable prices!

What incredible service!. From the moment the manager opened the door for me to the 3 times the staff came by to make sure I was all right, I knew I would be coming back. You go to a fast food restaurant and expect crappy service and for the food to be gross, but here you can tell that they are fueled by Passion for their restaurant and for that I thank you, I will see you guys again soon!

Best fast food service that I have ever had! Felt like I was in a restaurant. Kudos to the manager for training the staff to be so pleasant and helpful! Been here in the past and my experience wasn't so great so I'm assuming it's under new management. Keep up the good work :)
