A little run down but a good place to park downtown, and prices aren't too bad. They should consider opening on weekends though, especially in busy seasons like around Christmas and during the pedestrian mall. Editing as they either listened to me or already had the idea to open in evenings and on weekends. Good spot to park in a central location on Water st. Now if they only spent some of the new parking monies on some renovations.
