Best tacos in town hands down! I'm a vegetarian and it's so nice to be able to get a fully vegetarian late night meal and even my meat loving boyfriend agrees that they are the best tacos around! Keep up the happy bellys �

Delicious. If you aren’t vegan, you won’t miss any of the meat. Favourful, filling, and good portions. Best tacos in St John’s. Hands down.

Quaint interior in an old home. Friendly service. You order at the counter and then sit down. I had the enchilada with TVP beef. It was very good and gigantic.

If you're a vegetarian this place is one of the few places in town that serve good vegetarian grub. They have vegan and gluten free options too. I would happily go back.

This vegan place may not be for meat eaters but had enough imagination and taste put into their offerings to forget there was no meat included. Squash soup, arugula salad were all well prepared and tasty. Service was good despite crowd and price just a little high. We would have no problem going back.

I wished I lived here. I would eat everything on this menu... The poutinerie and bravacado sandwich were amazing. And the chocolate cake was out of this world.

Visiting from Toronto, my boyfriend and I have been here 3 days and have been to Sprout twice- we LOVE it. Neither of us are vegetarians but the food was amazing, great service and an excellent vibe. Fav Nfld restaurant!

I'm not vegetarian but I still love going to the sprout for a delicious meal in a friendly atmosphere. The bravocado sandwich is a must have and don't forget the side of tofu strips! Always very fresh and tasty, never disappoints!

Off day for the chef?. I returned to the Sprout for my usual pad Thai and was disappointed that it was bitter. We pointed this out to the server and there was no offer of a replacement...usually thePad Thai is terrific...disappointing indeed.

I want to love this place. I think a good veg restaurant is a great asset to the downtown core, but I've found the food and service to be hit or miss.

Absolutely phenomenal! Love to eat here whenever I can! Favourite thing on the menu is the enchilada made with TVP. The food's well seasoned and vegan friendly, and the staff feel very welcoming and friendly. Nice spot for dates or just to grab a bite with friends. Cant recommend them highly enough!

Delicious vegetarian and vegan sandwich, soups and dishes. Everything was fresh and the tastes were well balanced. Didn't have any of their mains but if the their soups and sandwiches are any indication then they'll be top knot too.

We had the Bravacado sandwich and the chickpea curry. Everything was delicious. Service was pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend this place for well made food at a good price.

Where do I start? I ordered a vegan ceasar salad that had vegan parmesan on it and was not dissapointed! It was perfect! Just as tasty as a regular ceasar. The toppings on my dish were all fresh and spiced just right! This place this is pretty chill with a cool vibe! Eating clean has never tasted so good! I highly recommend it. The staff was also very welcoming and kind! Some of the nicest people!
