La pizza sans gluten est surprenante! On va se le dire... sans gluten c'est souvent un peu triste mais la pâte à pizza sans gluten du No 900 est délicieuse!!! L'ambiance est fabuleuse et l'équipe est fantastique!! MA PLACE pour déguster un bon repas, me faire plaisir :)

Friendly staff and great service. Everything being very good, the pizza dough and sauce are very tasty, however, I thought the pizza to be runny and perhaps it could be a little more generous on the final ingredients. For example my mother ordered the special of day with salami and had only 4-5 loonie sized slicers. I ordered the grilled vegetables and had 2 eggplant slices with 3 zuchinzu, and 1 slice of yellow and 1 of red pepper.
Overall, good addition to the Sherbrooke restaurant scene.
Excellent thin crust with a fluffy yet delicately chewy edge filled with very fresh ingredients. Tomato sauce consist of fresh tomatoes with a pinch of salt lightly flavoured with fresh basil. The cheese complements the fresh ingredients and does not overwhelm the pizza A must try!
Very good thin crust pizza. Great salad. Horrible location (industrial car park, busy road, few trees or other plants). Noisy interior with uncomfortable tall chairs. A glass of wine was measured with scientific precision to the graduated mark on the glass. It is accessible from the bike path which is a plus.
Happy this place opened in Sherbrooke and hope they stay. Fantastic Margherita pizza, wood-fired oven, great salad, good drink selection (Brio!), very good lunch specials and group specials. The tiny cannolli are worth a try. Oh, and for the vegans / lactose intolerant - they *will* make you a pizza without cheese on request (not yet sure if the dough is vegan). By far the best pizza I've had in the townships, let alone Sherbrooke.
Update: went there at lunch and the wait was much longer than expected, but without us even asking they apologized, made it right and took responsibility / initiative. So while they're still working out their growing pains, they have a right attitude towards customer service. Rare to see in Sherbrooke.
