Super bon! L'entrée de ris de veau était parfaite avec les morceaux juteux de pieuvres fraîches, j'ai littéralement halluciné! La bouteille de rouge d'importation privée Bachey-Legros Santeney était fabuleuse, le trio de tartares saumon/bœuf/canard était sur la coche... oui ça a coûté un bras, mais ça le valait, superbement succulent et mémorable!
In downtown Sherbrooke, Quebec ;this restaurant provided great food and friendly service! The menu is varied and offers both quantity and quality! The scallops were delicious as were the steaks and fish! The restaurant is modern and is next to waterfalls and the river making for an enjoyable ambience! Nice wine list and overall great value. Highly recommend to all. I had a delicious lunch here. Service was excellent, portions just right, and beautifully presented.
