I was fortunate enough to try it on its last day of business. I had strawberry short cake, eclairs, apple scramble, creme brûlée, chocolate mousse. All were so good! I wish the owner the best!
I have visited this bakery often and have always enjoyed what I have purchased there. When I have taught cooking in the past I have emphasized that I want people to taste the flavours of what they are making and not just sugar, salt and/or fat.

The pistachio macaroons are amazing followed closely by lemon. Would recommend a try.
Overall I was not that impressed with this bakery. There was a lot of variety of products, the prices were high and not the most friendly service. What I bought looked and tasted like it came from a factory.
simple and nice bakery. Glad to have some fresh bread and pastry around Saint John area. Mincemeat tarts is pretty good
