Very nicely decorated area. The food is excellent. Most dishes we tried were chicken though. They had a salad with tomato, pineapple, cucumber and another ingredient, which I thought tasted a bit weird. Otherwise, I throughly enjoyed all the other dishes!

I didn't go there for long time. I went there for lunch after work.
2 of us had:
Hainanese chicken combo --- their portion is bigger than before
Seafood laksa noodles in soup --- huge portion but tons of sliced fish cake more than seafood/ but found small stone inside the laksa soup.
September 6 , 2017 - lunch
I didn't go there for long time.
3 of us tried:
Tasteless / bones more than meat Yee boo chicken on bean sprouts lunch combo with tasteless water down radish soup and uncooked hard rice
3 tasteless / can't tell it's lamb skewers -- the waiter look impatient/ I told him at least 3 times to order pork and lamb only... but the tall short hair sleepy waiter with glasses kept asking 3 times, " oh.. you want 3 skewers each of beef / pork and lamb right?"
Omg... he don't even pay attention what we tried to order?!
No herbs favourite Ribs herb soup with rice, it's not worth $14.
Extremely oily and tasteless curry lamb with pancake
So disappointed.. they all space out/ bad food quality after half year.
3 juicy and tasty pork skewers with tasteless satay sauce
○decent service
○good food depending on the day
○family friendly
○alot of parking
○alot of options to choose from
○price is similar to other malaysian foods/ sharing kind food
○would I go back? Maybe
Came here for the first time. It was quite busy, had to wait for 20mins to be seated.I never been to a Malaysian restaurant,so far its quite tasty. I love the eggplants and the pineapple fried rice. I think my drink was a trapikas fruit punch, not quite sure but Im pretty is non alcohol,my husband ordered for me. The satay skewers was delicious. It's not cheap and a little expensive. Each dish is around 15 to 20 dollars. It's best to come with a lot of people.
A bit pricy and upscale compared to other Asian restaurants in town. But the food is good. Always come here for South East Asian craving! There grilled meat skews are highly recommended
Very good Malaysian restaurant. I had dinner here tonight with my family, and we were pleased. First, we made a reservation, so when we got there, our table was ready. The servers were attentive as they were ready to take our order. The food was on our table in less than 10 minutes! It was delicious, hot, and fresh. It's expensive here -- I would say slightly too expensive for the portions -- but my family still loved the food. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and will return.
Street view restaurant. Food is ok but portions are too small, prices are high, seating is ok, service mediocre
I love me some good satays and it's so good here. Roti pls more. Yum... And the coconut rice is so good. I miss something like this and try finding it in LA is the hard part. Unless I travel an hr to have an authentic Asian meal.
I like coming to this place. It's decent in prices and the food is always good. I like roti bread. Always fluffy and the curry sauce is so yummy. An they have great satays. And they have coconut rice made just right. Should try it. Lots of selections.
After writing my midterm yesterday my dad came to pick me up and we headed over to landsdowne! He wanted to take me there to familiarize myself with the surroundings because my N drivers test is next thursday...AFTER MY THIRD MIDTERM. My stress meter for this week is definitely at an all time high LOL! Any tips for passing my driving test guys? :) My dad had originally wanted to go to South Ocean for dim sum (AGAIN?!!) but I pleaded with him "Dad, I just wrote an excruciating midterm consisting of no multiple choice questions!!" LOL! Out of pity he gave in and agreed to go somewhere other than south ocean (thank da Lord!) He actually wanted to go to Little Sheep for hotpot but since it was actually pretty hot yesterday, I didn't want hotpot so I suggested Tropika instead (which happens to be beside ICBC!) Welll, turns out that this was a smart decision because my dad liked the food and said that he'll come back! :D SIGNATURE DISHES Tropika specializes in Malaysian, Singaporean, an
