T'sais quand on choisi une place par pure hasard et que l'on a un coup de coeur, bien voilà c'est ce qui nous ait arrivé à mon amie et moi cet après-midi. Un des meilleurs restaurants italien de la ville de Québec. Le risotto au canard confit, oignons caramélisés et foie gras est exquis; il fond carrément dans la bouche. Le service est également excellent. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.
Vibrant yet still calm environment. Beautiful atmosphere and very nice staff, all bilingual (English & French).
The duck salad here is truly amazing. Would highly recommend!
Most dishes are delicious, only a few aren’t too special.
I would say restaurant leans towards the fancier and delicate end of the spectrum rather than a louder crowded eatery.
Come here with friends and family, you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely delicious food. The ambience was very welcoming. It was busy so we ended up sitting at the bar. The mixologist was very knowledgeable and friendly. I dropped my napkin and menu and the attentive waiter immediately retrieved them and brought me new ones. I highly recommend the Highland beef with the bourbon sauce and they accommodated my risotto replacement with the garlic and pepper one - a stunning blend of flavours ! Well done to the staff, menu creators and owners.
My family really enjoyed our evening at Bello. Dinner was delicious and did not disappoint. They were very good with handling our son's food allergies. I believe our waiter's name was Morgan...very friendly! Bello is a very popular restaurant which made it difficult to book another dinner for the following evening. Highly recommend!

Very nice place, with fancy atmosphere and good service.
We ordered tartare as a starter (delicious), and then proceeded with pasta (super well made) and tiramisú as dessert, which was not too good — extremely heavy for a tiramisú. Sizes were appropriate, and there was a variety of drinks as well. Unfortunately, not too many with gin (and the one I ordered ended up being not as good as I had hoped).
Our waiter was very attentive and the food was there in time.

Has Italian and French vibes, which make you feel the food tastes of Quebec.
Had a risito with kod fish and a cocktail.
The meal was GREAT, the cocktail less so but not bad.
Overall quite expensive but for the FOOD and service quality I would agree :)
Pasta (TAGLIATELLE NERO AI FRUTTI DI MARE) and dessert (PANNA COTTA) are delicious. Tuna tartar is nice too, though I may want to try salmon next time.

We came for lunch on our last day in Quebec City. Had a fantastic table on their great patio. Food was very good. Had the scallop appetizer that was super delicious also the arugala salad was really well done. We both had pastas that were delicious. The pastas are available in half sizes for those with smaller appetites. Would definitely go back.
