Good People. I'm not often in this Timmy's, but there is one thing I find in common with Tim Horton's: Usually there are some good people working there. I got stranded one evening, and went over to the Tim's: The lady there came up, gave me free coffee, asked if I was doing OK, and offered to let me use the phone. And that's what I tend to remember when I think about this Tim Horton's, although I know this location can be rather busy during the day.
