I ordered from this restaurant 1 week ago and I tried the Butterfly Shrimp with the sweet and sour sauce. It was very delicious and savoury. If you want good quality Chinese food and are in a rush, I recommend coming here. Will be going back for more!

They have great service and the people there are friendly. The quantities and quality of the food is excellent and the egg rolls are very tasty. I recommend the General Tao's Chicken if you like spicy food. Overall the best chinese take out in Ottawa. I always come back to this one when I go out and try new restaurants.

Bottom line: best Chinese take-out food in town. Delivery is always timely, prices are fair and the food is delicious. I'd recommend anything on the menu, but have a soft spot for the Mixed House Vegetables and the Imperial Chicken. If you've had a long day and want a treat, order here. I've been ordering Take-out from China Star every other week for over a year and I haven't yet been disappointed.

Best Chinese restaurant in Barrhaven.. Hands down best Chinese food in Barrhaven. Always fresh and tasty. There are a few other good places in Barrhaven, but this one is our preference. Awesome egg rolls, chow mein and chicken balls. Plain ol' choices, but they never disappoint.

Very good. The cleanest restaurant and the freshest Chinese food I ever tried. If you know the smell of the not-so-fresh fried chicken you will see the difference here. I really like it. I aslo think the price went a little bit up after they got busy.
