Favourite work-day lunch. These guys know what they're doing. The place is a hidden gem. Chic. Delicious. My favourite is their grilled chicken wrap (it puts Mucho Burrito to shame!) with a side of their delicious potato crisps. Love it.

I went to their soft open of their new location at 855 Industrial unit 12. I had their sirloin sandwich on multi grain with tomato, lettuce, light jalapeño peppers and caramelized onions. And I also had their curry potato salad. To drink I had Harvey and Vern's ginger beer. All together it tasted great. Everything had some bit of spicy which I like. Not a bad place for lunch

Gourmet café and take-out. Culinary Conspiracy is a bit of an unusual restaurant. It's got a café atmosphere and emphasizes take-out, and most of the food is pre-made rather than made-to-order... but food choices and presentation are pretty gourmet.
I went for lunch a week or two ago. They had a choice between a few soups, a few salads and a few sandwiches for their eat in service, but I also saw plated duck breasts and other meals being sold as cold plates, presumably for take out.
I ended up getting a gazpacho, which was cool, delicious, and hearty. I didn't notice any bread in the gazpacho, or any garlic. The texture was wonderful, just the right chunkiness, not too smooth. I had it with a grilled chicken wrap. The wrap was heated and grilled and had a great crispiness to it. Chicken and vegetables seemed fresh. The meal as a whole was $13 or so. I'd definitely eat there again.
Cute little house hidden in plain site. was so excited about the food to take a picture (maybe next time). VERY reasonably priced considering you're getting quality, seasonal food and dessert is delish! overall: great good, great service, great atmosphere. GO!!!

Good food, good value. The food I have tried has been consistantly good. Some of the take-home meals are a little pricey but overall a really good place. Also, they carry bread from Art-Is-In bakery!
Hidden gem. Always delicious, for eat-in dinner or brunch, coffee or lunch to go, or take out dinner. You can easily pick up an entire restaurant-quality meal, to serve at home for a very reasonable price. Desserts are especially good.
