What to try?
Their coffee. Can't find anywhere else in Ontario, this coffeehouse seems to be local to its Ottawa locals. Tried their coffee in house and it has similar quality to Starbucks or better. Loved the decor inside the coffee shop and the service I received.
Nice and cozy place. We found the coffee delicious as well. At first they forgot our order, but upon mentioning this, their staff soon brought us a free coupon for the next time.
Super nice staff, really convenient location! I have to say, I don't even like coffee but I can drink the lattes at this place. More often, though, I get the hot chocolate. It's basically the best you can get in town, and around the holidays you can even get it with peppermint flavour, which makes it even better! Would recommend as a meeting place for a small group, even, as the space is large and comfy.

Would like to say that is one of the best coffee places I’ve had the pleasure of coming to! There was a lovely barista during my visit(I think her name started with an A with short black hair?)... she made me the most beautiful flat white and her service was ever so sweet. She definitely deserves the credit for her amazing customer service here, I am sure I am not the only one who she has treated lovely! Thank you to Bridgehead and their lovely staff!
Great place to sit down and relax while enjoying a tasty coffee. Staff is polite and friendly, the coffee is great and the atmosphere is very cozy. Coffee is a little bit pricey, but it's worth it.
By far and away the very best Flat White coffee I've found to date in Ottawa. The staff have always been friendly and on the whole very knowledgable about their coffees. Cookies are pretty damn tasty too!
I live in London, UK and visit family in Ottawa a lot and I'm used to an excellent standard of coffee in my city and Bridgehead would definitely do well on both sides of "the pond". Love the fact they use good quality Oat milk too. Well worth a visit.
