Go there often, I love the food and service. I ask for 1 server his name is Jason and he rocks the joint, always witty and in a great mood. Is proactive instead of reactive, and the GM Dan is great. Would recommend this place on Merivale road to everyone.
Ate here for my first time, found it to be very good. It's well priced and the service is good. It's a sit down fast food seafood restaurant so don't expect anything more. Recommended for all seafood lovers.
Great service. Our server was Miles, very friendly. Have not had bad service the handful of times been here.
The lobster artichoke dip is seasoned perfectly such good flavours. Had the grilled shrimp with rice and brocolli for lunch and it was great, just the right amount. Burgers are even tasty.
Usually have the crab legs for dinner and they are always well done, my boyfriend loves the lobster and garlic shrimp.
Very atypical of a chain restaurant.
Had salad, crab legs and shrimp. Love the interior, lots to look at and great service, friendly waitress. Will return! Wonderful experience!

Good for a fill of seafood. Recently visited here with my girlfriend for a bit of a date night. We arrived at 5 p.m. on a Monday to find a surprisingly busy restaurant (almost completely full). Our waiter was with us almost instantly inquiring what our drink order was. Usually I have my meal planned out ahead of time by browsing the menu online but this time I did not so my girlfriend and I would need sometime to decide on what to get.
Our server returned shortly after to see if we were ready to order drinks and/or appetizers which I was ready too but my girlfriend was not as she was browsing the frozen drink menu. When the waiter returned with my Coke and Water my girlfriend placed her drink order and I placed our appetizer order.
Ordered: 2 Seaside Mix and Match (One with lobster pot pie and parm ranch schrimp and the second with lobster pot pie and shrimp and scallop linguine),1 coke, 1 seafood stuffed mushrooms, 2 caesar salads, and unlimited biscuits.
First came the biscuits which as always were delicious and hot and fresh and then came the stuffed mushrooms. Also very good and smothered in cheese which make them a nice snack.
Next came the caesar salads which were good but nothing out of the ordinary.
The main courses were quite good and very filling as their were leftovers to take home. The lobster pot pie was excellent and a great twist on the classic chicken pot pie, I hope that it becomes a permanent feature on the menu.
Overall a good experience with great food and good service (maybe even a little too good). The server refilled my coke when my other one was half full and at the beginning of the meal was very anxious to take our order. However, towards the end I did not feel rushed to leave so kudos for the good service.
For a chain restaurant, I am always pleased with the quality and consistency of the seafood. Service is usually pretty good too. You can't miss with the Ultimate Feast!
Always good. I prefer this location to the Merivale one. The service and atmosphere is better.
Red Lobster food is standard, commercial food. Typical chain food that is typically consistent. They use lots of butter, cream and garlic. It's not your typical seaside type meal, but seafood lovers will enjoy it. The atlantic lobster blows the rock lobster out of the water! LOL
I'm a seafood lover from Vancouver, and this is the only seafood restaurant I go to on a regular basis. Most Ottawa seafood restaurants are not worth going back.
Well I took a chance and it paid off pretty good food and quite happy
Yummy!. The food is delicious! Service great! Clean family restaurant.
Only thing is they don't take reservations unless you have more than 8 people...and only if it's during lunch hours. So you have to get there very early or be prepared to wait a very long time for dinner (like over an hour...if you can find parking). Their parking lot is tiny. My tip would be to call ahead and ask them when the best time is to go to avoid line ups.
Basic traditional seafood but decent prices and huge selection especially if group has non-seafood eaters aswell
Worth the trip!! We drove just to go to Red Lobster to celebrate our 2 yr anniversary and it was so worth it. Staff is super friendly and helpful, fast service. The drinks we’re amazing and the food was perfect, well seasoned, big portions and cooked to perfection! Will be going back for sure.
I loved this place!! The service was above and beyond and the food was delicious. I created my own feast with what i wanted and my SO got the bowl with all the seafood in it. And of course the bread was just as good as always. We both got mai tai cocktails and it was really good as well.
What an amazing service was given by the staff. I was I. and out of the capital today and needed to grab lunch and since we don't have Red lobster in Québec anymore and I haven't been here since the start of the pandemic I figured I would come and have a quick bite to eat. I arrived just at the start of lunch. The staff sat me promptly and took my order quickly. food was very fresh and hot and the peach lemonade was just the right amount of tart and sweet.
Friendly service and quick o m win. The wait times are very long even with a reservation so make sure you are not too hungry or you might get grumpy with the wait. Good food
I had been wanting to eat here for a long while so my husband finally brought me for my birthday this year. The food was amazing and definitely worth the price and you can't beat those biscuits.
