Best sweet potato fries 🍟 loved it .. rotisserie chicken on point juicy and well done .. ambience is great right at the centre of downtown.. overall 7.5/10
This is the closest place to get smoked meat in Ottawa. The sides are also very fresh. I highly recommend the spaghetti Caruso (meat sauce and smoked meat).
Went at 10pm on a weekend night with some friends, and was surprised to find the place nearly empty. Nothing on the menu seemed unique. Got the poutine, which was a pretty large size and a decent price. My friends' orders were also good sizes. Decent service. Nothing wowed me though, so I will probably not return unless nothing else is open
Late Night Fav. The menu is more limited late night, but it's a great stop after partying.
Service was extremely quick and friendly, and the food was really good. I got the taco poutine and my boyfriend got the smoked meat sandwich. Everything was delicious, no issues.

Excellent service. waiter was extremely friendly and attentive. He recommended the burger when I asked and i dont regret my choice. best burger i had in a while.
Great value for your $. This is THE place to go for that hangover breakfast/ late night munchie. The portions are very generous, and you're definitely getting the bang for your buck. Breakfasts are good, as well as their burgers =)
Amazing service. I ate at Dunn's famous deli the other day and it was the best experience i have had in a restaurant. I got greeted right away taken to a clean table, my waitress was so bubbly and friendly it was refreshing. My food came up way quicker then i had expected and, it was delicious! The service was quick friendly and efficient. I will most definitely will be returning and telling all my friends! Great Experience! Happy customer! :)
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. If you're looking for great food, service and atmosphere check out Dunn's. I arrived at Dunn's after a short walk from Parliament and had the smoked meat sandwich with poutine. Service was excellent, food came quickly, portion size was large and, most importantly, it tasted great. I would definitely return.
After a busy day of biking, the smoked meat sandwich hit the spot. Service was quick and attentive, food arrived promptly, and the plates were devoured. Very good.
Had their club sandwich, it's was great! Their fries not so much. Covered in so much salt I couldn't eat them.
Had a wonderful breakfast at Dunn's Famous this morning. I ordered the Spicy Sausage Benedict and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor was incredible, the home fries were cooked well and seasoned perfectly, and the fresh fruit was very refreshing. Service was friendly and the meal came out very quickly. I would highly recommend Dunn's for a quality breakfast to start your day.

Food was absolutely delicious. We had a smoked meat sandwich and bacon poutine. If you are sitting here reading reviews and you're debating on what to eat definitely try this restaurant. 10/10.
I've been two times so far and the first time was upset with the Greek souvlaki without chaciki and so dried chicken over cooked .
Second time the grilled salmon was a bit dried but fine ; I like their special mandarin dressing a lot !
The tramisu cake was successful and delicious.
The service is good and clean environment.
I will continue trying some other tastes there , so I also recommend Dunns' which is very late open and has a bar .
I really like their signature smoked meat sandwiches and it is a clean nice atmosphere in the area. Our service was excellent and friendly. Price was perfectly reasonable. Don't expect anything out of the traditional menu but what we ordered was very tasty and exactly what we expected. The owner was very courteous and we just felt welcome (without being patronized) from the moment we arrived. If I am in the area and wanted smoke meat and good beer, I would come back here.
Wonderful food and service! It took me longer to select something from the menu than for them to bring the food. Totally recommend this place
First time in Ottawa and I won’t stop by again without visiting Dunn’s. The food is great and they’re open late so it’s perfect for after the bars. Friendly staff, good drinks, and great food. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

The best smoked meat place ever in Ottawa city. Service is nice, meals are good and the staff did a nice job. The restaurant style looks like the 1930s. Recommend it to everyone!
