A while ago my friends and I climbed Quarry Rock in Deep Cove (that day I learnt that I need to up my cardio game.. by a lot!) Anyways it's a beautiful climb and would highly recommend it for anyone. Post climb, we grabbed some donuts (ate them) and came to this pub!

One word to describe this place is dark oak and perhaps mahogany? It's got a cool vibe.

I would recommend this pub. The servers were really nice and the beer came quickly. There seem to be board games and events happening often which is awesome. I enjoyed the decor and the washroom was really clean. Heard that their pizza is really good. Would come back! :)

Loved it here! Great (massive) burgers!! Big fans! Whatever cheese they are using, it's unbelievable. Food comas all round!!!

Came here as a couple - they do tonnes of deals here too - so we might stop by again while we are in the area! :)

We go there almost every Wednesday. It is wing night, so we usually get two pounds of wings, and either pizza or nachos. Their nachos are twice the size as those at Brown's Social House for the same price.

Decent. Pretty good. Went for lunch. Had beef dip with salad. Companions had Eggs Benny and salmon. Presentation of all food was nice. Portions were large. Beef dip was good but the meat was a little chewy. Salad came in a small bowl which didn't look like much but once poured on the plate it was a generous portion. Candied walnuts were a nice addition to the salad. The portion of the salmon was generous and so was the panned fried potatoes with the Eggs Benny. Menu had a nice selection of dishes. I'm not a big fan of pub food but I must admit the food was pretty decent but a bit pricey. Beef dip was $13.00. The atmosphere was nice. Could actually carry on a conversation without yelling. Service was good. Friendly. If in the area and had to choose a pub I would go back.

I've lived in north van almost all my life but hardly ever ventured out to deep cove, last tuesday I stopped by the rav to meet some friends for lunch. The place was pretty empty but there was a really awesome server working and food was great for a pub, I had the halibut tacos and my friends tried the soup and sandwich special. For under 50 bucks for 3 (with a pitcher) you can't beat the value. A true gem, we will return to try out the dinner menu

A North Van Classic. I've been frequenting the Raven for most of my life. One of the first pubs I went to when I was 19. The beer selection is big and the pizza & wings are awesome. What more can you ask for.
