Love this place. Always make a point of going when we are in the falls. Staff are great. Especially Sam. She was a exceptional manager. Always made you feel very welcome. All the staff I find are very pleasant each & every time we visit.
Stuffed chicken is amazing! New York cut "bone in" is melt in your mouth!

Its to bad you can't give more then 5 stars for an experience. We went to Niagara falls for our first anniversary and as a treat Ruth's Chris was our choice for a great dinner. I have been to a few of there franchises in Toronto, Boston and now Niagara and I like that all my experiences were equally good and the quality is the same at the rest of the restaurants. I had ordered on this visit the strip loin but because of a large party they were sold out but they gave me a better quality steak for the same price. We had the brussel sprouts which I am not a fan of brussel sprouts but the ones here are to die for, mashed potatoes and mushrooms. As it was our anniversary we received a complimentary cake which we shared which was a nice touch. All in all the experience was more then we could of expected and will def be returning. We also arrived 45 mins early for our reservation and they were quite accommodating. This is a high end steak house and the prices are quite steep, if you have a budget for the keg this will be much more. Our bill was north of $300 but if you want to spoil yourself this is def a place to visit.
The food here is always good! Steaks are great and appetizers are good. Spicy shrimp is a must try. Great size and seasoning and sauce are very mouthwatering. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. They were quick and nice. Overall, the food here is amazing. It is expensive but totally worth the splurge.
Hands down the best overall steak house! We were immediately sat and greeted by our server. I ordered the Raspberry Rosemary Cosmo which was deliciously fresh. The steak is ridiculously tender, I'm talking melt in your mouth tender. The service was always very good. The servers are friendly, genuine and efficient. Overall, great experience. I will always be returning to Ruth's Chris!
A perfect place to have a family gathering or a birthday. They have separate rooms here that can cater to a large group. The servers were so great, meeting everyone's needs and the food was so amazing. I absolutely love this location.
I had an excellent meal here! Everything was great, my lamb was nicely seasoned and cooked to perfect medium rare. Service was perfect and the servers were fantastic, meeting everyone's needs and the food was superb! We definitely recommend this location and hope to be back soon.
I absolutely like Ruth's Chris Steak house! Food is so good. The stuffed mushrooms are to die for. The restaurant has that romantic setting. The service is pretty good. I devoured the food before snapping a pic. Lol. It was so worth it. Must try!
It was my first time here and this establishment was so surpassing! Got a great spot near the window and the ambiance was admirable. All the food was phenomenal and prepared as asked. Steaks were exceptional as expected at that price level. Had a very pleasant dinner. I would unquestionably come back to this location.
I absolutely love this place! Service and atmosphere were so great. I really enjoyed the food and the service from our server, it was great. MY steak was asked to be served medium rare and I am so glad very satisfied with the taste. It was cooked perfectly. Will be coming back again.
Great! Great steakhouse! This place has amazing service from the moment you check-in until you leave. There is an option for valet parking. The price is fair for the quantity you receive. The manager came by to see how our meal was and he was also very pleasant. Everything was delicious and perfectly portioned, enough to fill us. The food was great and the servers were awesome! Definitely with everything we paid for. We will be coming back soon! Thank you!
The ambiance was so good here and the service was great. They had a great special here. I had the rib eye and lobster. Perfectly cooked and so delicious. Also ordered asparagus, creamed spinach and brussel sprouts. I really enjoyed my experience and we'll definitely be back.
We had a great steakhouse experience @ Ruth Chris Steakhouse together with some friends and had a good evening meal. Our servers were absolutely wonderful; very professional, attentive and helpful. – They gave good approvals of dishes to try. We had Dinela 6 oz. Filet & lobster tail, porterhouse steakhouse, Caesar Salad, Salmon and Fried Calamari all were so delectable, perfectly cooked and well-prepared. The Chocolate Bark and Cheesecake, so sweet! - Melt in your mouth. I don't think I've ever had a steak that large stayhot the entire meal! LoL :D Everything was so fabulous! Flavors were wonderful & portions were large. – You won’t finish everything! Expensive, but so worth it! Thanks, Ruth Chris Steakhouse! So much enjoyed our dinner.
