Quite a classy hot dogs joint the toasted was delicious
You don't need 50 types of poutines when the best is at Mont Royal Hot Dog! Been here many times, always delicious! I like the mont royal poutine the best - it is topped with pepperoni, hotdogs, bacon, onions, mushrooms, and green pepper. Good fries, good gravy, good cheese, good toppings! What more could you want?
A classic Montreal diner. Simple, reliably delicious diner food, generous portions, two kinds of Boreale on tap. No fancy poutines, but ones piled high with mushrooms, green bell pepper, meat, meat, and more meat. Some unusual menu items, including smoked meat spaghetti!
Kind of like Au Pied de Cochon minus the foie gras and other trappings of haute cuisine.
No shreeded cheese on the poutine, the real squweeke thing, no fancy poutine like la banquise but no line up and delightful, don't know about the service , pretty much always took out
I moved 2 streets away from Mont Royal and eat there for the 5 days. Great hot dogs!

The taste was good as it included the hot dog coleslaw, which reminded me of the kind I could get near home. The issue was the bottom bun because I felt the bottom bun seemed weaker than the top. Other than that, it was a decent burger. The noticeable poutine is an upgrade that you can get. Alongside the onion rings, the poutine is a decent part of the whole meal. I really didn't have an issue with the poutine itself. But then again, I'm not the poutine search
