The Renoir Restaurant is one of the best places for brunch in the city. From the food to Chef Olivier Perret's team, it is first rate. We had a range of delicious brunch fare from Oysters to smoked salmon to beet salad to macaroni salad to roast beef carved by a chef - the produce was fresh and perfectly done. Omelette's with a veritable range of toppings can be ordered on demand from very friendly staff on hand. The lattes and fresh orange juice were excellent. One can also order eggs Benedict and blueberry pancakes right to your table. Desserts are a vision to the eye and irresistible. A word of advice: if you go for brunch, make sure you are truly HUNGRY. A must visit!!

my review is for the High Tea experience which was absolutely wonderful ! the perfect outing for mother's day which we plan to do again every year! The staff are so incredibly nice, they make you feel like royalty. the atmosphere felt like we were in a castle. the food and the tea was just divine and although it may look small and not a lot, we were FULL when we left! every bite was just so delicious, my favorite was the scones with the lemon cream. 😋😊
Very special people work where. They are caring & mean it. This is my favourite Ritz Carlton & I have stayed at many world wide. They're caring attitude truly makes your stay better. The food is outstanding. The hotel is filled with history & art. The furnishings & up keep are impeccable. I fully suggest a visit. The best period!
Stayed at the Ritz in March 2022 for 2 nights. I received an email from client service before my booking to see if I had any special requests to make it a great experience. The gym was clean and well equipped for the small space they had. Pool was nice, loved the lounge chairs by the fireplace.
I had one of the best experience here. They greet me from a very long distance begin from even when we were still in the car. Hotel decorating is phenomenal, service is on my top tier. Clean and classic. I appreciate their dedication for their hotel experience, will definitely come back again if next time Montreal.
We celebrated our big day here and had an exceptional experience! The staff were pleasant, service was outstanding, and the cuisine - most recommended!
Hope they recover from closures die to the pandemic and we will go back again.
This location gets by on excellent service. The staff is just lovely and we would return for their amazing service. They were very welcoming.
Unfortunately the hotel itself has a few shortcomings. One, there was an issue with the hot water at night, and only cold water was running. Yikes! Two, the room walls/flooring are quite thin. We could hear the folks above us and beside us.
Besides this, the room was nice, the dinner from the Ritz menu was tasty and filling, and the breakfast was good. All in all, we would probably return, but if you’ve been to the Toronto location, you might be a tad bit disappointed in the room.
