Got beyond burger with buy one get one free offer. Because of the offer I thought of trying it out. It was my first experience with A&W. It was a take out. They kind of made a mistake with my offer and I realised that when I got home. I called them, they were very friendly in understanding and ask me to come back and get the correct order. I picked up my correct order with no trouble at all. Burger was fresh, lettuce was crunchy, taste was good. Portion size was good. I'll go back.

The new manager on the weekends is very efficient. He knows how to keep the orders running and is always prompting the staff to do their best. When he sees that it is busy he comes to rhe cash himself to help the customer. My coupon was not working. He tried to help and gave me a discount.
