I ordered BLT Chicken Burger combo and paid $15 for it. And this is what they gave me. I called them and they keep on telling me they can't hear me. At 3rd time I called they said they get back to me after 24hrs so that means I will wait 24hrs to eat. This is ridiculous!!!!

The new manager on the weekends is very efficient. He knows how to keep the orders running and is always prompting the staff to do their best. When he sees that it is busy he comes to rhe cash himself to help the customer. My coupon was not working. He tried to help and gave me a discount.
I got the new Nashville chicken with no sauce on it (that’s not how I ordered it). It’s new of course so I didn’t know it came with sauce until people told me otherwise. After reading some poor reviews It seems like this happened before! So if you don’t want your food to be messed up/missing

Big fan of A&W and their food. Unfortunately their newest product called “ Best burger ever” was probably one of the worst burger’s I’ve ever had. Greasy visually unappealing and flavourless. That being said, staff and customer service at the heartland location always top notch. I will go back again
I ordered a burger combo with poutine and especially I asked to add extra gravy in poutine.

The pickles in the sandwich tasted disgusting and the chicken was way over cooked. The flavour was good but that’s it.
The onion rings didn’t taste as good as they usually do.
