I love Willimas! I used to go to a different location some time ago and I'm glad to see it's still around and just as good. The coffee is good and the food is also good. The staff is friendly and there's lots of sitting room. If you're looking for a nice coffee shop to sit around and enjoy the atmosphere, this is it. If you're in a rush, there's also a drive through.
I go here on a regular basis to get some work done away from the office in a social environment. The staff are courteous, friendly and attentive. The washrooms are well maintained, the food is excellent, the Red Pepper Bisque is to die for. The owners are there on a regular basis checking in, and I have spoken to them more than once, never about anything that needed to be fixed. And that is surprising given I worked in food and hospitality from 1976 to 1984.
The owners designed and installed a 'working area' table that seats, I believe, 8-10 people, and has built in power and USB charging stations. Students, entrepreneurs, volunteers, clergy and travelling salespeople regularly use this place to conduct business and share ideas. Thanks Williams for a great job. I know it has been a struggle in this location over the years, you are doing great!! Cannot wait for what is coming next.
Had a great lunch! I ordered the butter chicken on a bed of Rice with Naan & Tzatziki. I have to say I did not have high expectations, but wow! I was very impressed! The flavour was perfect! The chicken was a little oddly textured, but the rice was great. I could've had a second helping it was so good! The naan bread and tzatziki was also very very good! It was prepared quickly and cost about right. Will definitely be back!
Wife had the turkey apple sandwich, which was just okay. Toppings were good but the bread was hard. The salad was interesting, nice for something different!
William's is not fast food, but rather good food fast. A nice place for a coffee and some good quality food for around $10. I had a chicken ceasar wrap and tomatoe bisque soup (with lots of feta). I will return.
I've been here a lot, there's a few things I pretty much always order. On Saturday- I decided that I'd get the Mac and cheese- it looked smaller then normal, fewer tomatoes- I decided that this time I'd get the chicken added- it was good- but extremely dry. 4/5 stars
Update- was here last week ordered a CHICKEN QUESADILLA and strawberry banana smoothie. I was picturing a quesadilla with chicken and cheese. Since I’ve had that before at this location. Was brought a veggie quesadilla with very little chicken added to it. Smoothie was really good but really didn’t like the quesadilla- too many veggies and it had a slightly spicy tastes 3/5
Update- was back in on labour day Sunday. Ordered Mac and cheese and smoothie (strawberry banana). Mac and cheese was good same with the smoothie. 4/5
Quite honestly I didn't know the franchise still existed! Happened upon this location in London. Food is very good and fresh. The inside is very dark and hard to see if it is open.
Great location quick service!! I've got caramel freppe and Funky Monkey waffle, it was classic but tasty with lossed banana on top along with chocolate syrup.
Came here New Years Day for lunch. Place was super clean. Service was friendly at the counter & helpful. Reasonably priced sandwiches and soups. Drinks are so/so. Food was brought to our table & was absolutely delicious & decent portion size! Will definitely return here & was happy to have came in! :) Also - my s/o wants to add he loves the napkins lol “a very thirsty, good quality napkin” and I was impressed with the reusable take away containers!
They definitely improved a lot over the years. Customer service is a lot better now, but still has room for improvement.
It's a nice place to sit down and chat with your friends over drinks and desserts.
They have delicious food as well, that can be shared with your friends.
The staff was welcoming and really nice. I called the manager beforehand to ask if my friend and I were able to film inside the location and he kindly agreed. The food, although slightly expensive, is really, really great. Vegetarian options, though limited, are tasteful and filling. The beverages are well adorned and service to your table is done quickly and professionally. The whole restaurant was clean and well furnished/decorated. Overall, I had a lovely experience and I would recommend this location to anyone.
