I Stoped by to grab some lunch on a Friday around noon. Ordered the soup, salad and all you can eat yummy bread.
I was sitting at a booth that I had picked out, had a great view of outside activity, watched part of a hockey game on their TV, and was able to get some work done that I brought with me to do…..all in all a great, working lunch.
I also picked up a couple of Christmas gifts too —the ultimate East Side Mario‘s holiday bowl that included their iconic red bowl and famous garden salad dressing.
I would recommend this restaurant for lunch on a Friday.
We come from out of town, but they made us feel right at home 100% amazing service. There’s a small discrepancy with our one meal but it was more of a personal taste in anything and they had no problem accommodating my daughter six years old and two adults perfect service great night out still one of the family favorites. The manager I believe his name was Lance went above and beyond definitely service is there a top priority money well spent.
The pizza was very good! The service was great & one of the waitresses had to deal with a very difficult customer & she did a great job with much patience!
We give our server Janvi 5 stars! She was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, patient and always smiling. We had a few minor issues with our food but she was quick to fix!
I came into the restaurant tonight and there were two servers/hosts that were at the front and only one of them turned around and gave me a quick glance. No "hello" or "we'll be with you in a moment" or any kind of acknowledgement. Super rude and super disrespectful!! I eventually asked them "should I just go sit down anywhere?" and then they finally gave me some attention.
Everything else was great, even though I got the wrong dish served to me. They came back right away to correct their mistake with apologies.
I can't stand disrespectful people and I just had to say something.
I know this Eastside Mario's is better than this, I just hope this isn't their new norm.

Favourite place for a family dinner time. East location is friendly and the food is awesome. Manager and the entire team celebrated my daughter birthday and made her day.

After my previous unhappy review, head office of the restaurant reached out to me and asked me to return. I decided to give this place another chance, and I’m glad I did, because everything was great this time. Our server, Jasmine, was very attentive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The Chicken Parm was delicious and filling. I would have that chicken every week if I could. The manager, Lance, also apologized for the last visit and was very courteous and professional. Lance also helped out when the restaurant was busy, which impressed me a lot. He is a team player and a hands-on manager. The staff didn’t know I had a previous unhappy review until the check came, which shows that they treat every customer well. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a cozy and satisfying meal. 👍

Me and my parents went here for dinner at the Dundas/Argle location and our server Maddie was great! She was quick, friendly, and overall gave amazing service! The food was also delicious and I always enjoy myself when I come here.
Had an unforgettable lunch here with friends, all of us were satisfied with the food and service. We were blessed to have an amazing server named Maddie, would go back just to see her! Contagious smile and laugh, so funny and quirky and just so kind. Great, fast service, really felt taken care of and was so sad when we had to leave :'( Cannot wait to go back!
