The food was very hot and delicious. The employees were very fast and also kind. It was a little difficult just to find a place to sit. I think the reason it was so busy was the New Year's holiday.

Today 18 September I became too small salad, no fork and fish sandwich doesn’t made with enough care or love (check photo). When I was back to ask a fork, first worker said we don’t have them anymore 😳 then came another worker and just gives me one…
Great food , fast service , better if the underground dine in area was operational because of it, upstairs was too crowded
Apart from the WiFi and MacDonald apps payment issues, everything else is fine.
The service is normally what to expect, foods are often as great as what I had the week before, and will be similar to what I am going to have in a month time.
So, please provide better Apps.
Nice place. But not cleaned regularly for.the about of people and best of with medium. Large was a rip off. Medium volumes for large value... when complained was told I had it... charming
Fast service, food was good for a Mcdonalds. Place was very busy at lunchtime, not many seats. Gents toilets out of order too.

Have been here on a few occasions, it can be very busy during the day, staff are nice enough however. Food is the usual McDonald's standards.
They do have quite a bit of room downstairs and upstairs however, 🚻 toilets are located upstairs
Thank you McDonald's for have a clean bathroom for anyone, not only for clients. Are many main places without bathrooms and when you are a visitor sometime you need to go to the bathroom.
We visited here as a family going around the shops in knightsbridge as everyone fancied a cheeky McDonalds visit however even though everything was perfect and what you would expect from a Mcdonalds restaurant the only seating is upstairs and as i tried to show in the pictures its a long flight of stairs so we have a 10 month old baby and thankfully we were able to carry it up however if you are a single mother or have a disability you are unable to eat in which is a very big let down
Its a McDonalds. So it is what it is....Absolutely jam packed at time of visit. Could not get a table on either level. Had to eat outside on street. But it filled a gap before a few hours in the Natural history museum up the road.
