My fiancé had my engagement ring custom made with Carlo at bijouterie Caprices. I could not be more happy with the way it turned out as well as with the service we've received since then with resizing and minor adjustments as well as shopping for wedding bands. The team at Caprices has always been incredibly helpful and patient. Carlo genuinely wants the best for his clients.
From the first time I spoke to Carlo on the phone I knew I was dealing with someone who gives outstanding service and attention to customer detail. Carlo was able to track down a brand new limited edition Oris watch that was 4 years old, I couldn’t believe it when he called to tell me he found a new one. Carlo and his staff/family welcome you with open arms and treat you like royalty. I drove an hour and a half and will definitely be back for my next purchase. Hands down best service!

Honestly, customer service like this doesn't exist anymore, anywhere, except at Caprices! Carlo and the entire staff make the effort to remember your name and preferences, offer a coffee while shopping and assisting with every need from a new purchase to a small repair. I refuse to go anywhere else in the greater Montreal area when it comes to jewelry. Great job guys, keep up the fantastic work!
The best service I have ever received at a jewellery/watch store. Was referred to this store by a family friend and they told me it was a one stop shop for watches with exceptional service and I am so thankful that I took his advice. Staff is extremely knowledgable and go above & beyond to ensure they have what you're looking for. The really put the customer first and ensure that you're satisfied.
