Two Thumbs Up!!. Soya is my favourite restaurant for the past few years. I am very picky about quality and freshness and soya meets those needs. I have food intolerances and never got sick from soya, but from other restaurants. They make gluten free sauces not only for me, but many other customers. They have many delicious plates to choose from and when they come out , not only is the presentation beautiful, but they smell amazing too. They keep up with today's demands. I love to go with my husband and enjoy my Saturday night diners, because I am my mothers care giver and she has Alzheimer's, which makes my week very stressful. Even the setting at soya is so relaxing. The staff is so pleasant to talk to. They have amazing cooks. They fit in the same category as high end cuisine, at much more affordable prices and bring your own wine. What more pleasure would you want in life. The owner goes out of his way to please you.
If you would be in a rush, they could accommodate you, only you would have to respect their sittings (they have two of them) , which many restaurants have on weekends to accommodate their clientele. I like to go to the second sitting for around 8pm. I find it more relaxing and can enjoy my dinner. Some people like to eat fast, and some like to make an evening out of it, so it's all up to you which sitting you prefer to go to.
I highly recommend soya and it would be worth the trip to try it. You will go back!
Soya pas de meilleur resto. du genre à Laval. Mon conjoint et moi sommes des adeptes de restaurants. Nous avons quand même quelque resto. à notre actif que nous fréquentons régulièrement. Honnêtement, le resto. Soya se classe numéro 1 dans notre liste. Le décor est très sympathique, l’ambiance est excellente et que dire de la nourriture qui y est servis....simplement excellente. Pour avoir fait le tour du menu proposé, nous n’avons jamais été déçu. Mon coup de cœur est le bœuf basilic...amateur de bœuf, un must ! Mon conjoint quand à lui adore les Dragons eyes ainsi que le combo 3 saisons. Une visite s'impose!
Good SErvice, Good Food. We enjoyed dining here. For intimate dinner, I'd recommend this place 100%. Heard they were adding a Korean menu and we're looking forward to try it out.

Soya est une place magnifique à visiter, très beau décor et ambiance. Le service est impecable, par contre j'ai été très décu par le gestionnement du gérant qui s'est porté plainte au serveur pour avoir pris un petit verre de vin à l'amicale.
WOW. Vraiment un des meilleurs restaurant de Laval qualité prix. l'embiance est vraiment unique, le service est super mais c'est surtout pour les plats exquis que nous y retournons!
À découvrir et redécouvrir.

The food was okay, missing a bit more flavour. The price seemed expensive at first but the bill came under 100$ so that’s a good sign 😅 the food did come late but no complain since they only had one waiter. The waiter was exceptional. Doing everything by himself and remembering everything and working fast! I would have easily tipped him 100$ if I had the money. Without him, i would have took one star.
Prices seem steep at first glance. When you finally get your place you understand that your getting your money's worth. The plates are very generous, everything I tasted was good. I ordered the General Tao, as I always do and was delighted. My wife ordered some kind of nest. It was a little salty. My friend ordered the duck and he really enjoyed it. The plate arrived steaming hot. The decor is nice, but you really feel like you're in a strip mall resto. Otherwise we really enjoyed our experience.
Definitely very good Thai food but it's not the best I've ever eaten. It's affordable, BYOW and the portions are very generous. Service was a 10/10. I recommend that you save room for dessert because they were simply delicious! (get the Xango cake or fried bananas)
OMG! OMG! This is the best teriyaki tofu dish I've ever had. I went there yesterday for the first time. From out side, my first impression was "where the heck is my friend taking me" but once inside, it was a jaw-dropping experience. The staff, the decor, the Zen ambiance, it was just beautiful. I will definitely make this one of my favorite places to eat.

Great Asian fare at a fair price and byow is a definite plus! Portions are insane. Try their general Tao ying yang.
Had teriyaki surf and turf today. Was only average. Not much taste. But usually a good place. Still give 4 star for total experience.
