Two Thumbs Up!!. Soya is my favourite restaurant for the past few years. I am very picky about quality and freshness and soya meets those needs. I have food intolerances and never got sick from soya, but from other restaurants. They make gluten free sauces not only for me, but many other customers. They have many delicious plates to choose from and when they come out , not only is the presentation beautiful, but they smell amazing too. They keep up with today's demands. I love to go with my husband and enjoy my Saturday night diners, because I am my mothers care giver and she has Alzheimer's, which makes my week very stressful. Even the setting at soya is so relaxing. The staff is so pleasant to talk to. They have amazing cooks. They fit in the same category as high end cuisine, at much more affordable prices and bring your own wine. What more pleasure would you want in life. The owner goes out of his way to please you.
If you would be in a rush, they could accommodate you, only you would have to respect their sittings (they have two of them) , which many restaurants have on weekends to accommodate their clientele. I like to go to the second sitting for around 8pm. I find it more relaxing and can enjoy my dinner. Some people like to eat fast, and some like to make an evening out of it, so it's all up to you which sitting you prefer to go to.
I highly recommend soya and it would be worth the trip to try it. You will go back!
Soya pas de meilleur resto. du genre à Laval. Mon conjoint et moi sommes des adeptes de restaurants. Nous avons quand même quelque resto. à notre actif que nous fréquentons régulièrement. Honnêtement, le resto. Soya se classe numéro 1 dans notre liste. Le décor est très sympathique, l’ambiance est excellente et que dire de la nourriture qui y est servis....simplement excellente. Pour avoir fait le tour du menu proposé, nous n’avons jamais été déçu. Mon coup de cœur est le bœuf basilic...amateur de bœuf, un must ! Mon conjoint quand à lui adore les Dragons eyes ainsi que le combo 3 saisons. Une visite s'impose!
Good SErvice, Good Food. We enjoyed dining here. For intimate dinner, I'd recommend this place 100%. Heard they were adding a Korean menu and we're looking forward to try it out.
