My fiancé had my engagement ring custom made with Carlo at bijouterie Caprices. I could not be more happy with the way it turned out as well as with the service we've received since then with resizing and minor adjustments as well as shopping for wedding bands. The team at Caprices has always been incredibly helpful and patient. Carlo genuinely wants the best for his clients.

From the first time I spoke to Carlo on the phone I knew I was dealing with someone who gives outstanding service and attention to customer detail. Carlo was able to track down a brand new limited edition Oris watch that was 4 years old, I couldn’t believe it when he called to tell me he found a new one. Carlo and his staff/family welcome you with open arms and treat you like royalty. I drove an hour and a half and will definitely be back for my next purchase. Hands down best service!

Bijouterie Caprices is not just a great jewelry boutique with amazing personnel...it is an experience where you feel welcomed into a family. As you walk in, you are treated like royalty and they genuinely take into consideration your needs, your budget and they do an outstanding job in understanding your style and helping you find what you are looking for. Honestly, customer service like this doesn't exist anymore, anywhere, except at Caprices! Carlo and the entire staff make the effort to remember your name and preferences, offer a coffee while shopping and assisting with every need from a new purchase to a small repair. I refuse to go anywhere else in the greater Montreal area when it comes to jewelry. Great job guys, keep up the fantastic work!

The best service I have ever received at a jewellery/watch store. Was referred to this store by a family friend and they told me it was a one stop shop for watches with exceptional service and I am so thankful that I took his advice. Staff is extremely knowledgable and go above & beyond to ensure they have what you're looking for. The really put the customer first and ensure that you're satisfied. Already contemplating getting my next watch and I know exactly where I'll be getting it.

We found Caprice by accident but are so so happy we did! I originally went to the store to see if they could fix two pairs of cheap but sentimental earrings. I was treated with the same respect/service as if I was buying something that cost a fortune. I've never been to a jeweller that didn't change their attitude depending on how much you were going to spend. This was a first. From fixing my earrings, we went on to going back and getting a diamond eternity band made in a better quality than I could have ever imagined. We are so grateful to have found not only the store, but such a wonderful team of people, whether its the owner or one of his staff, they are all incredible people.

Amazing service!!! From very beginning. Every person in this store is polite and professional. I brought a chain and 2 pendants for repair ( before went to a bigger place to repair my jewelry but the service was so bad there). Thank you, Carlos! Absolutely different experience! He even matched the color in this repair process ( I have some kind of pink gold which was brought from Europe).I amn very happy to find this place!

Where to start! Amazing quality craftsmanship, jewlery and attention to detail. Have been going to Caprice Jewlers for a little while now, and must say you receive an impeccable service from the whole family. I’ve dealt mostly with Gian Luca , bought multiple watches and have sent my brother for his engagement ring to the store. Treated like family, the amount of respect and customer service you receive here is incomparable to anywhere else. Very warm atmosphere, they do not pressure you to purchase like other Jewlers but instead walk you through the store, and go through your decision to purchase an item with care making sure that you are satisfied. Went to Bijouterie Caprices to fix my wedding ring and to shine it. The job was done within a few hours and I got my ring back the same day. Carlo gave us a very friendly and professional service. My ring is new again! I recommend this place.👌🏻💯

I can honestly say this was the most memorable shopping experiences I ever had. The staff was most helpful and courteous. The selection of jewellery was impressive to say the least. Reasonably priced too. From now on, I know where to shop for gifts! And of course for myself : ) I know for a fact there is no place like this in Montreal. The owner Carlo is a man with taste, integrity and values. And his team glitters with class. I will definitely be returning for another shopping experience and another delicious Italian espresso!

I found them on Google map since they're was a lineup to go to carrefour laval. Very nice staff they want to give you the best service they also have good price. They offer candy to my kids and they greet you with water and coffee. They even carefully wrap my purchase and gave us Some pastry as a gift since it was during the holidays. In all it was a pleasant experience I will be going back. If you need jewelry and your are near it a must.

The Caprice staff are qualified and they take the time to explain everything to you well. Very accommodating. Treats every single customer as family. Went to get my engagement ring, readjusted and the service is absolutely superb. Would definitely return.
