This place is amazing - authentic Italian wood fired pizzas are absolutely fantastic and do not disappoint. The staff are great and service is quick. If you’re looking for a place to go for dinner, this is it!
Probably one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to. From the ambience right to the pizza. Nothing was missed down to details. I enjoyed the salad, calamari, fried polenta. I will definitely be coming back.
Very much appreciated that our preferences made/specified on OpenTable were recognized. The quality of the food was really good and authentic. However, portions too small for the price and server permanently asked to order the next course even though we mentioned to order after finishing the current course,
I am blown away with the quality of the ingredients and how everything effortlessly came together in each of the dishes we tried. Each bite was an explosion of flavor. Fresh in house made pasta, stone fire pizzas and decadent desserts - what's not to love? And their customer service is top notch. Our hostess Drea went over and above to ensure our visit was extremely pleasant. We will be back for more!
Best place for authentic Italian taste. We went for pasta but ended up falling in love with their pizza. Starting with their caprese salad, 3 cheese gnocchi, and basil pesto olive mushroom pizza. The incredible taste of the flavor pallete is a like festival for the tastebuds. The most simple thing that I loved was the mild sweet after taste of a their pizza, lingering in your mouth gives you loving, caring and homemade vibe. I don't think I can enjoy any fast-food chain pizza anymore.

We went here to celebrate with friends and it was wonderful. The server was so amazing and funny and knowledgeable. I ordered the fish and was not disappointed. It was cooked beautifully and the veggies underneath were just so delicious. The olive oil is amazing! I brought a pizza home for my husband and he was very impressed! We were given a side of their hot sauce and it is out of this world. Insane flavor!! They were out of stock at this time and I can see why. As soon as its back in stock I will for sure be buying a jar. All of our plates were empty and we all left very content. Pasta amazing, pizza amazing and fish was amazing. The drinks were pretty darn great as well. All in all a great experience.

Our first time here and chose La Cucina to eat for an authentic Italian food experience and it was one of the greatest restaurants I’ve been so far here in KW. I love love their pizza it’s freshly baked from their wood fire oven. Their desserts were perfectly sweet and tasty. We will definitely visit again.
What a wonderful experience. My girlfriend and I stopped in for a impromptu lunch and were warmly received. Alanah took care of our every need. The vegetarian pizza was fantastic and the antipasto board was made just the way I like. We will definitely be back in the future. Great place to go!
Above and Beyond.
It was a very busy Saturday night, the restaurant was full, and we didn't have a reservation. We decided to wait for an open table and sat at the bar until one opened up. The staff, especially Neil, was great about checking in with us and seeing what we needed. Once we were moved to a table Luca was our waiter and did a great job. The Caprese salads were so fresh. The Calamari, Arrancini and Pizza were cooked to perfection and the desserts were very tasty.
Whenever we are back in Kitchener we will definitely be visiting La Cucina again.
