It is with tears in my eyes that I write this review, as today Taco Time Dilworth will be selling its last taco. This restaurant has been nothing but exceptional for as long as I've come here (over 10 years). I have gotten to know a voice in the drive thru, that whenever I hear it (which is more often than not) I smile as I know for certain my order is going to be made perfectly. Erica is by far my absolute favourite drive thru employee of all restaurants I've ever been to. I am going to miss her the most. To Erica and all the staff at Taco Time Dilworth, THANK YOU!!! Thank you for making countless tacos, especially on Tuesdays and always doing it with a smile on your face. I want to wish each one of you all the best and know that you will be missed.
Love this place! Huge line up today but moved people through very quickly. Also a friendly employee came out and delivered complimentary chips and hot sauce to each vehicle as we waited. Definitely impressed by the small things and this was a nice touch! Also mistakenly ordered a discontinued item and they politely let me know, but still made it for me with no complaints! Thank you! So glad that coffee chain didn't oust them!! This is a treasured Kelowna landmark.
What a pleasant surprise! With all the Taco Time's in our area that are either closed or absolutely god awful, it's so nice to finally find one with good food AND good service! Food was hot, very little wait time, tasted like it should, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly, accommodating, and quick! Can't wait to stop next time we're in town!
Just went through the drive through having a bum day and Walt, the best taco time employee we’ve ever come across, made our day so much better! Walt goes above and beyond to build a connection with the customers and truly makes a difference in the company! We will be returning purely because of the amazing service Walt provides! This man deserves a promotion! Thank you for bringing us joy on a not so bright day!!

i cant express how awesome everyone is. I placed an order through Skip during work. when they dropped off my order half of it was missing. tried to get ahold of skip with no luck, so we called taco time just to see if the driver forgot it there or what. either way not a huge deal, mistakes happen...... without missing a beat the wonderful woman at Taco Time said she will deliver the missing order herself. .... my shop is downtown..... customer service is top notch, and food is amazing as well, fresh ingredients. thank you so much for the great service.... you saved me from going HANGRY .
The food and the staff were both equally amazing. Michelle was preparing the food, and it was incredible. Food was made quickly, and was fresh, and of course delicious. The two workers taking my order and working the window (Chantel and Hunter) were equally as incredible. They were both very friendly and made the experience wonderful as well.

We eat here regularly (probably too regularly...) and have always been impressed with the way it is run. The food is always well made, the staff is always helpful and well trained. this is probably the ONLY fast-food restaurant that has never screwed one of orders by forgetting items that should be in the bag.
This location has the best staff i've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. They are always super friendly, funny and you can tell they care about the job they are doing. Just now, my mother in law went through the drive-thru to pick up an amazing looking taco salad for dinner. While she was waiting for her order to be prepared, they offered her an ice water while because it was so hot out. This is what i call customer service! Way to go you guys, I will be telling so many people about this location and its awesomeness - not to mention your food is delicious!
I come maybe once a week to get a Jilly Bean Burrito (my fav) and always receive the friendliest service from Erica. She is fantastic at her job, a great example of awesome customer service. Thankyou Erica and the rest of the smiley, friendly staff at Taco Time!!
Went to taco Time this evening and had the best experience. They are very thourough, ploite and really mean well. As she was reading our order back she realized she had put tomato's on when there shouldn't be and not only did they remake it.. they remade it fresh without being asked. As well as through in a desert because we had to wait 3 more min for the food. Beyond the best service I've ever had in a fast food chain. Will be back for sure. Thank you again for the great customer service.
