They have the best bubble tea I've found in Kelowna, great service, delicious loose leaf teas, and a welcoming environment. And soy options if you're lactose intolerant!
The Teas and Coffee are all lovely, and the staff are friendly too. The interior is really cozy with really nice artwork hanged along the walls. Whenever I bring my friends, they always come back to this cafe :)
Very delicious bubble teas. I got a peach & lychee with double sweetness and tapioca. Very friendly staff and loved that they accommodated my double sweetness request. Would highly recommend this place. Also found out it was the first bubble tea joint in Kelowna! The interiors are cute if you want to sit down and they actually have a lot of seating. Easy parking outside too.
One of my favourite places to be! Ever since I started to come here I felt so welcome, and absolutely fell in love with the drinks and food I have had! Staff is so wonderful all the ladies are so kind and Andy is so enthusiastic I appreciate every single person! There are lots of choices, also have many desserts (cheesecakes etc) and many tables to relax with people and even play games! I would recommend this place to anyone definitely somewhere you need to check out at least once! Warning though you’ll become addicted!
I always love coming to Formosa! It is some of the best bubble tea in Kelowna and the staff are always friendly. A huge plus is that they have a ton of space inside where you can sit and the hours are great! It is almost impossible to find a cafe open till 8pm in Kelowna. I love to get some tea and read after work.
This is probably the best and the only good bubble tea I will ever have! I love how neat and clean it is inside and lots of tables to sit. great huge selection of choices for bubble tea, love how kind the workers are and how polite and patient the are around customers.
I also wonder why this place has better tapioca pearls than anywhere else! Personally used to hate tapioca pearls till I came here, I asked for some and I loved them so much! they're so sweet and chewy and not hard! I will try to come here now once a week!
Great experience whenever we pop in this location! Andy is simply wonderful and his team is always cheerful - happy to answer any questions. I like their bubble teas here as it’s always fresh and you know it’s made with so much care. We always enjoy coming to Formosa Tea :) Tapiocas and teas are excellent quality!!!
The best bubble tea our family has ever had...and we have tried a ton of them. The staff is super friendly, fast and remembers who you are from your last visit. We make sure to stop in everytime we pass through kelowna.
This is my favourite place to get drinks in all of Kelowna! I've been going for years and years now, and I don't think I've ever been disappointed with any aspect of it. My family says they're a little slow but I don't mind at all, it's a family-owned place (as far as I know) and they do it all by hand. If anything, I think people need to slow down a little more in their day, so I like it LOL
The staff is always so friendly, the owner often comes out to say hello too, it's just overall very lovely and relaxing to go to. It's not expensive at all either, especially compared to the larger chains that have been popping up lately or places like Starbucks. I love it!!!
Amazing place! The best tea we had in BC and the best Boba quality, texture and freshness. They had mango stars which happen to be my favourite topping so maybe I’m bias, but their peach green tea was to die for. I crave it every day.
It was a nice Visit! A little pricey but it was fine since the boba was great! :) It's hard to find places with good tapioca pearls but this place has good ones!
My bf loves Formosa tapioca! We love the stamp card system as well. Gets us to spend more just so we can have that free drink at the end of it haha
