Very delicious bubble teas. I got a peach & lychee with double sweetness and tapioca. Very friendly staff and loved that they accommodated my double sweetness request. Would highly recommend this place. Also found out it was the first bubble tea joint in Kelowna! The interiors are cute if you want to sit down and they actually have a lot of seating. Easy parking outside too.

One of my favourite places to be! Ever since I started to come here I felt so welcome, and absolutely fell in love with the drinks and food I have had! Staff is so wonderful all the ladies are so kind and Andy is so enthusiastic I appreciate every single person! There are lots of choices, also have many desserts (cheesecakes etc) and many tables to relax with people and even play games! I would recommend this place to anyone definitely somewhere you need to check out at least once! Warning though you’ll become addicted!

I always love coming to Formosa! It is some of the best bubble tea in Kelowna and the staff are always friendly. A huge plus is that they have a ton of space inside where you can sit and the hours are great! It is almost impossible to find a cafe open till 8pm in Kelowna. I love to get some tea and read after work.

This is probably the best and the only good bubble tea I will ever have! I love how neat and clean it is inside and lots of tables to sit. great huge selection of choices for bubble tea, love how kind the workers are and how polite and patient the are around customers.
I also wonder why this place has better tapioca pearls than anywhere else! Personally used to hate tapioca pearls till I came here, I asked for some and I loved them so much! they're so sweet and chewy and not hard! I will try to come here now once a week!

Great experience whenever we pop in this location! Andy is simply wonderful and his team is always cheerful - happy to answer any questions. I like their bubble teas here as it’s always fresh and you know it’s made with so much care. We always enjoy coming to Formosa Tea :) Tapiocas and teas are excellent quality!!!

This is my favourite place to get drinks in all of Kelowna! I've been going for years and years now, and I don't think I've ever been disappointed with any aspect of it. My family says they're a little slow but I don't mind at all, it's a family-owned place (as far as I know) and they do it all by hand. If anything, I think people need to slow down a little more in their day, so I like it LOL
The staff is always so friendly, the owner often comes out to say hello too, it's just overall very lovely and relaxing to go to. It's not expensive at all either, especially compared to the larger chains that have been popping up lately or places like Starbucks. I love it!!!

Amazing place! The best tea we had in BC and the best Boba quality, texture and freshness. They had mango stars which happen to be my favourite topping so maybe I’m bias, but their peach green tea was to die for. I crave it every day.

I can't say enough positive things about Formosa (both locations)! The service is always friendly and efficient. The drinks and snacks have never disappointed, and there is a wode variety of warm and cold options to cater to every taste! Great space to work/study too.

My favorite milk tea in Kelowna! Staff are so nice. It’s a lil bit expensive than other Milk tea places but its worth it. One of my fave is their londog fog with pudding, jelly and pearls. Please try it 😊

What a gem of a shop, not your typical big name chain which is hard. Friendly service and delicious teas & coffees. Such great quality options and ingredients, so happy to see lots of vegan options. The drink is fine but minus 2 star for customer service. When I first found there is a bubble tea store i was really happy, since it was my favourite drink back home. But the first impression when I came in is, there is no smile from the staff :) and it made me feel like i'm doing something wrong :) I may come again if the staff could please at least greet me with some smile instead of nodding and having a serious look on face when i'm talking ^^''

No matter the time or day the owners always take time to say hello, check in, and are always patient when it comes to ordering. The BBT is the best in the whole Okanagan. Fresh pearls daily and always a large selection on flavoured teas. The atmosphere is welcoming, the art is refreshing, and the BBT will keep me coming back.
Try the butterfly bubble tea I give it 5 out of 5.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place I always get the matcha chocolate drink half sweet it's perfect for cold weather days and hot days I get the matcha lemonade with bubbles they even slushed it for me one day it was so refreshing! or I get the iced peach green tea with bubles. Everyone is so nice and the place always has art on the walls that u can purchase , there are board games to play and the atmosphere is so calming!
