Excellent. The best pizza in Kelowna. Delivery is always fast and nice and the pizza is always fresh and piping hot from the oven. Definitely a favorite.
Stopped by here a couple times while passing through Kelowna and this place never disappoints. Great pizza for the price and my family always enjoys it too.
Always friendly! If we buy pizza from Domino's pizza, it stays in the fridge for days... Pizza Factory pizza never makes to the fridge! Great pizza, great prices!

I ordered for delivery I live near downtown, asked if that was okay the girl on the phone said sometimes they are unable and when it's busy wait times are longer and more charge for delivery fee. I said that's fine as I have been craving their pizza for a while. We got it delivered faster than quoted, hot and perfectly cooked.
I've been getting pizza here for quite some time now and it's usually very good, but this time it wasn't the same quality we've been used to.
I'm not sure what went wrong that night, but after trying them again, THE PIZZA IS BACK TO THE WAY IT USUALLY IS, AWESOME!

Upgraded from 4 to 5 stars. Consistency is key, and they have it nailed. On time delivery, and the pizza is decent and piping hot every time.
