What an amazing Indian restaurant. My first one ever. Great first impression. The atmosphere is nice but the food is just amazing. My favorite dish is the Coconut Curry. It actually has a strong buttery coconut flavor which impressed me. Trying the Naan bread for the first time with cheese and spinach and covering it with sauce was so good.

Not sure why I waited so long to visit here. This restaurant was the second Indian restaurant in Kelowna after its sister restaurant, DaWett. So it has been here twenty years and I finally tried it I enjoyed the butter chicken and saffron rice. Bright, cheerful greeting from the young woman in charge of the dining room. I enjoyed hearing her interact with the other tables around me. I ordered my food at a spice level 2 out of 6 and it was perfect. Generous portions of chicken in a rich sauce, served alongside perfect saffron rice. Chicken was served in a little warming dish with a tea light which just added to the experience and kept my meal nice and warm. Chose the Bombay Sunset as my drink. Will absolutely be back to sample more of this menu.
