What I expect from Dennys is what the pictures in the menu show for selections, and excellent service from the server. This location has always been good at both. Had the half order Egg Benny Prime Rib and is was plenty and very tasty.

Okay to return for average reliable food and better service. The Kamloops Denny’s is typically of nearly all the other Denny’s you will ever walk into. It is the same menu and same cooking methodology. So why write a review on it? Well, when we were there on a Thanksgiving Monday, a very competent staff was holding it together. We picked out a couple of items from the senior’s menu. Not that we are that old but because we do not eat all that much. Everything was prepared well. The coffee cup was kept filled until we said “no more.” We didn’t feel rushed at anytime and we didn’t wait too long. So for a place with reliable service and decent food I would go there again.

I don't know why so many people have a negative opinion when it comes to Denny's. I think it's either a love it hate place, and I live it. This location is my favourite as the staff ate so friendly an always try to make everything perfect. I like their menu as it has some healthy choices that actually taste good! The fit fare skillet is amazing!! Sure, they have made mistakes but they fix them and more than make up for it other times. People are just to hard on this place. It's not a 5 star restaurant, but it's certainly no where neat McDonald's quality and standards.
