Just finished going to The Pond for a much needed lunch. Two people splitting a Mediterranean wrap and house salad was perfect for us. The salad dressing was light and creamy while the dressing used for the wrap was equally up to the task. This venue was about 1/2 full when we arrived, service was quick and friendly. The gift shop is a great touch for shopping while your food is being prepared. In talking with the owners, they are working hard to make improvements with a park-like setting to showcase once it is complete. Outdoor seating is available on the new patio as summer approaches. If gardening is your thing, there is a full nursery/ greenhouse on site with qualified personnel to assist you with your gardening needs. The surrounding neighbourhood must be thrilled to have such wonderful new business in their midst! Great place for a wee bite and a beer.
A hidden gem in barnhartvale, its a treat every time I step into this place! I've gotten multiple gifts, plants and meals from here and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend picking up their frozen soup or meals when you don't want to cook, also any of their in house meals are delicious. All the house plants I've bought have been well taken care of and continue to flourish in my house! I absolutely love The Pond and recommend it to everyone
Terrific country charm and great spot for a tasty lunch. Browsed while waiting for food. American friends with us were impressed to find a favourite skincare product from close to their home in Pittsburgh. Pretty garden area with plants for sale also.
Really cute little restaurant. All their meals are really good. They have a small menu which but it's still hard to choose what to order because it's all amazing! Defintly one of the best places I've been to.

Had the special quesadilla of the day with mango and chicken it was so yummy also the mojito with their own fresh mint oh my

We had been to The Pond before, but never had lunch. It was excellent, the service was great, the ladies are very friendly, and the food OMG, was delicious. Definitely going to go back, and bring friends and family.
Staff was super friendly. Great little outdoor dining area food was super good just a very special place to have a great lunch or dinner will come to again for sure
