Went there for a beer and snacks on Saturday afternoon. The service was amazing, besides being kind, the waitress was happy and fun, she let us in a good mood, just like her.
The menu has few options of main dishes, but looks like they making a good pizza. We choose a chicken poutine and cheese sticks. The chicken poutine was too spicy. But it was good,Cheese sticks was ok.
Great F%*^#ing place. Great service and great food (the original Buffalo Wings) and a great selection of beer. I have been going there for nine years. I host a party there every year with over fifty people. The team at the Anchor Bar is easy to work with, always pleasant and the food is always delicious. Tried the salt and pepper (dry) wings this year for the first time, they were delicious. Highly recommend.
Absolute amazing service, the workers are always great very fast service!! Food is delicious drinks too. I highly recommend coming to this location I’m a regular and the servers Sierra Suzi Jenny are so personal friendly and just make the experience nice. The bartender claudia is phenomenal!! Even the hostess Emma is so friendly and welcoming. If I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would make sure to check them out whenever you can.
Came in with no real expectations...it's a bar attached to a mall.
Food was fresh...fast and flavour was on point. First surprise - great food. Second surprise 1st class service ....I would hire Sierra away in a heartbeat if I owned any sort of customer oriented business. I am a little sad because now I have no choice but to abandon my regular neighbourhood bar and start becoming a regular @ Anchor Bar Jackson Square
We were in town for Judas Priest and wanted something close. Amazing food and the service was incredible. Emily our server was awesome, answered our menu questions easily and has a great sense of humour. It makes such a difference when someone is truly good at their job, I bow to the queen!
