My new favourite coffee shop!! Friendly staff, great location and seriously some of the best coffee in the Halifax. They also have amazing healthy lunch options!
I love the cold-pressed juice, so healthy but also surprisingly delicious! The smoothies are so good and also healthy. Amazing coffee, check out their "Ground Control" machine. So many healthy grab 'n go food options, baked treats... very healthy but also hearty and filling. Super cool skin care, candles, incense, CBD products and more. Great location and warm and welcoming staff.
So many vegan options and everything I have tried has been super tasty. Wraps and smoothies are amazing, juices are the best!! Their turmeric latte is delicious. Staff is always super friendly. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't!!
Sprout Therapy is truly a gem of Halifax. Not only do they produce the best healthy juice that I have ever tasted... but they also support and are a store front for a handful of top notch local businesses.
Every time I go in I am greeted professionally and personally with smiles and the overall vibes are just out of this world.

They offer a variety health conscious, fresh and plant based options, as well as some of the best juice I have ever had in my life! The staff are always very helpful and friendly. A vibrant and colourful place to stop for a smoothie, juice, a snack, to go items and more! Great location, friendly staff and there's an entire wall dedicated to showcasing retail items by local small businesses! Really excited to check out their new store in Dartmouth when it opens :)
Great healthy plant based food, everything tastes phenomenal and so fresh. The coffee and juices are also top notch! Staff was so friendly, can't wait to come back :)
I love this place, they are organic . They have all these different kind of smoothie that u haven't even heard of. They are also vegan friendly . I will definitely visit again
