I have never seen a fast food restaurant in recent years, so friendly, respectively, polite crew. The food is served fresh and delicious. The Pop is good, clean, tasting out of the fountain. good DQ 👍 location.
I came in not expecting much, but this place was great! Better than MD, BK, and FG. Loved the food (I didn’t try cakes), the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable.
The only downsides: there are not many locations in Halifax, and the decor is a bit old-fashioned - still, it is not a problem from the cleanliness side.
It is definitely worth a try 🙂
Everyone there is so friendly and awesome. Unlike other fast food places I've never had an order messed up here. I've not ever had any type of complaint. Great job.
Food was good however one of the staff that served us was quite rude.There was a stack of discounts for children on counter.So I picked one up to read what it was about.Then she grabbed it out of my hand and said it was for children.I am a senior and there was no need for that type of response. Very disrespectful for a staff member to treat any customers like that. Not good for business. 💔

First and foremost, the ice cream at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill was a hit with our family. The flavors were delightful, and the creamy texture was simply mouthwatering. Our little one couldn't get enough of it! Whether you prefer classic flavors or more adventurous combinations, the ice cream selection here is sure to please.
The restaurant's interior created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy setting provided a comfortable space for us to enjoy our treats. It's a great place to relax and savor your ice cream while spending quality time with your loved ones.
While the ice cream and ambiance were fantastic, we did notice that the staff seemed a bit tired or sleepy during our visit. Despite this, they were still courteous and served us promptly. It's possible they were just having a busy day, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience.
Given our positive experience, we definitely plan to return to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill for another ice cream treat on weekends. It's a wonderful spot to satisfy your sweet tooth and enjoy a family outing.
Really nice burgers, cheaper than McDonald's, but the quality and taste of burgers is much better! Also they have really nice onion rings 😋
Always clean tables, love that they bring the food to you. Everything always tastes great. Will return.
Always friendly staff. Sometimes busy but they always do their best and be fast, and most importantly, never rude haha ..big bonus these days. Adore the staff.
