Wonderful service. Each part of order came in timely* matter. Delicious buy one take one home choices. Clean eatery and bathroom.
One of mine and my wife’s favourite places. We go every Friday or Saturday :) their food is always right on spot and even better every time we come here! Theirs an awesome worker named Kayla, we’ve had her a few times before, she’s our favourite waitress! :) awesome food and amazing staff as always <3
Was my birthday. Had a nice dish of pasta. The waitress was very nice. The music could have been better. What ever they were playing was not very good and it was too loud. Did get a free dessert and spin the wheel for a free appetizer.
I love the food and drinks so much here but honestly the service can be awful. If you go when it's busy (e.g., a Friday or Saturday night), expect to be waiting around for somebody to finally get to your table to take orders. I normally don't mind long wait times but for a place that does all you can eat after 9, you probably only get an opportunity to order twice before the kitchen closes.
I will say that the food is excellent, servers are usually nice enough, and their patio is fantastic on the roof in the summer. Something to keep in mind is that if you want the all you can eat soup, you can't eat on the patio. The servers can't carry soup bowls up the stairs for safety reasons.
Overall it was a nice experience, but when I arrived no one attended to me as I walked in. I was clearly unsure of what seating was available & had to call out to one of the many waiters/waitresses who kept bypassing me before I got directions on seating on the patio. Once seated, everything else went pretty well. The chicken wings were quite good & our waiter was friendly.
Love the design and open feel of the lounge. The wait staff are great. It's a fun place to hang out drinking late at night. Best deal is the two for one pasta nights.
The location is great near all the downtown attractions including the citadel as well as other popular bars and clubs frequented by both tourists and locals alike.
The drinks were really good and the food arrived much quicker than we expected. We enjoyed our dinner but were especially impressed by our waiter, Mikale, who was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make our experience more enjoyable. Thank you for such great service!
It's East Side Mario's... we've been going to their restaurants for years so we know what to expect. It's not high end pasta but it's good, plentiful and consistent. Their garlic breads have gotten smaller and I definitely preferred when the came in paper bags instead of the new tin foil ones. Overall service was ok but not great. We waited a long time between getting our meals and the server coming back to check on us/offer dessert. We were done for at least 15 minutes before she bothered coming back to see us.
We, family of 4 went today and had one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Our waiter Tim, really went above and beyond. We had several dietary restrictions and he went out of his way to ensure that everything was done properly. He also didn't seem the least bit annoyed when we asked him atleast 30 questions over the course of the meal. We were pretty difficult customers to be honest but Tim handled it really well, didn't show an ounce of attitude, and showed service that rare these days. Way to go! Would definitely come back if we visit.
Honestly the food is good and the servers are nice and the food is pretty reasonably priced so overall its a good experience. Although it lost a star for me because they seem to have a number of issues with their systems one after another and they run out of products pretty often. Also the mens washroom has 2 stalls and neither stall is properly closable with one lock system being installed backwards so you cant lock the door.
