Another wonderful meal at Blue Olive today! I love that there are so many options for vegetarians, and everything is prepared to perfection and beautifully presented. Quite possibly the best Greek restaurant we've ever enjoyed .... with the exception of the one in Greece that we visited a few years ago! :-D Love the food, love the music, love the service.... we will be back again!

I just enjoyed a wonderful meal at The Blue Olive. My bar is high when it comes to Greek Food and the Pastichio did not disappoint. It as so good I think I may have to return tomorrow before I leave Halifax.

This restaurant experience provides friendly staff and a very pleasant atmosphere, however I have experienced traditional Greek cuisine, the Blue Olive Greek came close 8/10.

The food is awesome! All the dishes that we ordered were full of flavour and playful to the palate! The greek bruschetta was really good! Overall, it was a great food experience and I would love to visit again!

Truly delicious! I loved everything about this place, excellent service and divine food! The moussaka was delicate, very smooth with savory lemon potatoes & fresh salad 🥰 I also ordered family dinner from this place. We enjoyed chicken and lamb screwers with dips trio. Highly recommend this Taverna 👌

Best Greek food in Halifax! Consistently amazing food whether dining in or takeout. Restaurant is beautifully decorated with a warm cozy atmosphere. Options for vegetarians and carnivores. You won't be disappointed.

The atmosphere here is great, feels like a family run green taverna - exactly how it should feel. The owner/cook (not sure) came out to check on us multiple times and make sure we were having a good experience. The dips are delicious as is the bread. The vegetarian Moussaka was good but could have a had a little bit more flavour, that’s where the 5th star is lacking. I would definitely return to try other dishes!

Wow! Finally found a Greek restaurant I’d happily return to. Comfortable, cozy spot with excellent food choices. Pikilia Platter for 2. Nice selection for tasting. Shared the grilled lamb. Delightful cocktail selections and wine to accompany dinner.

Love the atmosphere of this place- really felt like a warm day in Greece. The server was very nice, and the food was great. I would recommend the flaming saganaki to try!

The owner was amazing. He checked on us countless times and he was extremely kind and welcoming. Very great service and food was amazing. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for the great service!

The atmosphere and service were very nice. The dips and dolmades were delicious. The salmon was well cooked but unfortunately the rice was cold. The Pasticio was lovely but the rice was also cold. Overall the atmosphere was excellent, the food was good and we enjoyed our time. One small thing would be that the washrooms could have been a bit cleaner.

Just went to Blue Olive for supper and it was fantastic! Food was amazing, atmosphere very pleasant, and the staff was very friendly! I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a high quality meal in Halifax
