Took my car in to Jacks to get wheel alignment and put on new tires , and was totally impressed by the service. Fantastic, honest, and priced right. Family run places are the best to deal with. Will be returning !!

I got a new set of tires from a local "big box" tire shop. They gave me a list as long as my willy of things that "need repair". Now I'm not a rocket scientist, but some of the items seemed fishy. I went to Jack's, and gave them the list and said "fix any issues that are on this list".
Not only did they call back with pricing before they started work on the car, they gave some recommendations on what to and what not to worry about. When I showed up to pick up my ride, they walked me through the work they did, showed me the faulty parts, and explained everything in great detail for me. They saved me almost $700 compared to the tire shop AND they fixed problems not even listed on my first invoice. Even the best mechanics make mistakes and miss things, but I have confidence in this shop, as they were detailed and straight-forward (and happy to walk me through things visually).
Jack and his crew are first class, and I will be returning!!
