Why I give Jack and his team a 5 Star review.
I got a new set of tires from a local "big box" tire shop. They gave me a list as long as my willy of things that "need repair". Now I'm not a rocket scientist, but some of the items seemed fishy. I went to Jack's, and gave them the list and said "fix any issues that are on this list".
Not only did they call back with pricing before they started work on the car, they gave some recommendations on what to and what not to worry about. When I showed up to pick up my ride, they walked me through the work they did, showed me the faulty parts, and explained everything in great detail for me. They saved me almost $700 compared to the tire shop AND they fixed problems not even listed on my first invoice. Even the best mechanics make mistakes and miss things, but I have confidence in this shop, as they were detailed and straight-forward (and happy to walk me through things visually).
Jack and his crew are first class, and I will be returning!!

The owner is a good guy, cant say same about his assistant. Have been going there for years. Went there a few weeks ago with a brakes complaint. Jack the owner had to step out for a bit, I had such a hard time trying to explain to his assistant why I need new brakes. The assistant was brash, and in fact rude. Unfortunately, Jack wasn't there at the time, he certainly would have dealt with the situation had he been. I left rather exasperated

Jack did a routine repair for me recently and that was not the first time I've taken the car there. Vechile is always done when he says it will be done which this the same day. Rates.are good.and the job seems sound.

I unreservedly recommend Jack's Auto Repair. I showed up just after they opened on a Saturday morning and they took my car in right away. The first thing we did after I explained the problem was go for a quick ride so I could show the technician the sound I was hearing. Once he heard the sound he knew exactly where to look. They put the car up on the hoist and not only explained, but showed me what was needed to be repaired. They fixed it while I waited and then showed me the completed work and the broken part that was replaced before they put everything back together. If you want quick, dependable and reasonably priced auto service, this is the place to go. Their service is superb.
